I'm homebrewing a sorcerer subclass for a campaign I'm running. It's a nature-themed subclass, which I want to focus mainly on support. This is what I got so far -
Your magic comes from nature itself. The living power of plants and beasts around you follows through your veins.
Level 3: Primal Spells When you reach a Sorcerer level specified in the Primal Spells table, you thereafter always have the listed spells prepared. Primal Spells Sorcerer Level Spells 3 Animal Friendship, Barkskin, Entangle, Summon Beast 5
Plant Growth, Conjure Animals 7 Dominate Beast, Grasping Vine 9 Awaken, Commune with Nature
Level 3: Attuned to Nature
Your connection to the natural world enhance your ability to interact with it. you gain a bonus to your Intelligence (Nature) and Wisdom (Animal Handling or Survival) checks. The bonus equals your Charisma modifier (minimum of +1).
In addition, you always have Speak with Animals prepared, and it dose not count against the number of spells you know. You can cast it without expending a spell slot. Once you have, you cannot do so again until you finish a long rest, unless you spend 1 Sorcery Point.
I'm having some hard time coming up with higher level features that maintain a sorcerer feeling, and not just rip off druid stuff. Any suggestions?
Maybe give them a similar feature to the dragon sorcerer's Max level feature, but at lower level, and with summon beast instead.

I'm just your everyday dungeon master. Ignore that jar full of souls. And those bones in the corner are just props, don't worry. I'm definitely NOT a lich. Definitely.
Yes, I like beholders. Yes, I curated an exquisite personality for commoner #2864. Yes, my catchphrase is "are you sure?"
I feel like sorcerers are ripping of druids as a base class and are better druids in some ways than druids are themselves. This subclass would just be the (nonexistant) druid spellcasting subclass, but as a sorcerer. 2¢
