I have an action that I'd like to use 1d2 or 1d3 for in the homebrew builder (or 1d4/2, 1d6/2), I can write that in the description but it's not an option in the dice dropdown, so I still have to select 1d4 or 1d6. That seems like it could cause confusion, is there a way to rig that so it shows up correctly in the character sheet?
The action scales as they level so it's only a problem until level 6 or so. I could use a Fixed value for those first levels but everyone likes rolling dice so I'd prefer to have them roll then halve it. Thanks!

Ok thanks :) Maybe I'll just leave it as a fixed value and we can discuss at the next session whether she'd like to roll for it anyway or use the fixed value through lvl 6. Not a big deal I just prefer the character sheet look as accurate as possible.
I had a similar situation where i wanted to slowly progress average damage and the answer for avg 8 damage was 1d8 + 1d6. So I just made a note of it and left it at that.

Simply, no. For a d2 you could say "roll any die, on an odd number... on an even number..." d3s are more complicated and you may have to use division.
