Last year I created a bunch of magic items, some I really liked at the time but upon looking back were really dumb ideas, so I threw most of my magic items in a folder aptly named "Dumb Ideas"
Others I both liked a lot then, and still like a lot now, Lapis and Lazuli being 1 (or technically 2) of them.
So here they are.
I am aware that the techniques borrow a lot from the Battlemaster, which was intentional.
However, up until they're fused into Lapis Lazuli, the techniques will be inferior to the maneuvers they're based on.
This is already a 3rd draft, the 1st draft was absolutely horrendous in terms of balance.
I would like to hear what people think.
4th draft with a few small revisions based on DxJxC's suggestions below
I like these. My only concern is that sweep is probably more powerful than you mean it to be with weapon spells carrying over and particularly divine smite. Lounging sweep needs to specify a target limit or at least clearly state "each creature can only be targeted by this attack once per attack."

what target limit would you suggest?
Since the damage is halved, I suppose 4 (3 with bonus action) at most would be balanced.
You at least want to avoid being able to wipe out dozens of weak monsters that were meant to slow down the party at once without using resources.
That's very fair..
I made a few small changes and added the new draft as a spoiler
