(6 piece set - Once every 20 turns you are able to cast Freedom : All party member may perform an action(ie. move or attack during your turn)
(7 piece set - You become a Solar until death [320hp], when you die you return to yourbody fully rested)
I am creating a dungeon tower gauntlet type campaign with multiple enemy encounters. I also have home brewed Minor and Major potions for my players.
They will need to collect keys from mobs to open godly chests only for a chance to roll on the gear.
Some of these are fine. Some are too godly (200+ HP, plus regeneration, and if you have 2 pieces you get temp HP equal to max when at half HP? A level 1 character can tank CR 20 monsters with that).
Also there is no "behind" in combat. And some of these effects require a duration (haste effect) and more than a few require minor clarification on what the effect limits are.
That % feature gone be annyoing to ceep track of and you player gone ask you about it every turn.
Can all player benefit from that set, our will there be one clear player who profits the most? If there best designed for one player, be ready for salty party. this set looks OP on Pala/Melee Clerik or something like this.

Minimal story, heavy action.
Solar form cannot be healed and does not benefit from a short or long rest.

There is no such thing as a movement phase?

The bubble at 49% hp won’t be that hard to keep track of.
All players will be able to get this set.
