I have created a more hunter like tiefling, these are tieflings that live in a forest and embraced it.

Heritage of the wilds
You know the druidcraft cantrip. When you reach 3rd level, you can cast the longstrider spell as a 2nd-level spell once with this trait and regain the ability to do so when you finish a long rest.
Druidcraft(Cantrip)
Longstrider(1st)/Long Rest
Mask Of The Wild
You can attempt to hide even when you are only lightly obscured by foliage, heavy rain, falling snow, mist, and other natural phenomena.
I'd switch the spells in Infernal legacy to make them a bit more forest/hunter themed, maybe bring them in line with a wood elf (Switch Thaumaturgy to Druidcraft, Hellish Rebuke to Longstrider and Darkness to Pass Without Trace).
Another option is if they are a more hunter type of creature give them Survival instead of Perception so they can track their prey.

Technically these already exist, as the 'Feral' tiefling variants in SCAG. The change they made was switching +2 Charisma for +2 Dexterity.
Bolting Keen Senses and Mask of the Wild onto the already pretty powerful base tiefling traits results in a pretty heavily loaded species option. I would instead simply offer an option to trade the +1 Intelligence for +1 Wisdom, if a player was particularly keen on playing an actually feral Feral Tiefling. Adding elf traits on top of tiefling traits is too much without making it a feat or boon of some sort, rather than a baked-in part of the species.
Didnt know feral existed and looked it up, it feels more like what i was going for but still not quite there, I will consider what you said about it being too stacked
