Under the class feature you have created underneath where it says “add a spell” look a little lower where it says “add an action” you have to create a bonus action to cast the spell so you can put in the description and snippit for that ability. It should say what you want it to then.
i plan too, but since were on the subject, this is the ghoul i made for the animative bite https://www.dndbeyond.com/monsters/545129-vampires-ghoul thoughts? and do note there hp is based on the bards insp die used. for example if i rolled a 1d8 and got a 6. there hp would equal 12 i might add scaling up for hp but i dont know where to go with that
anytime is fine, this is the buff idea i am thinking about there health cause i feel like they can be useless if there one shot at higher level encounters. http://prntscr.com/qfdb82
Having trouble with Snippet text not appearing on the Character sheet. This doesn't make any sense to me cause I've gotten it to work with another subclass feature but this time no dice. Any suggestions?

After you add anything to, change anything on, or remove anything from any homebrew you MUST re-save the entire thing using the main [SAVE CHANGES] button under Basic Information or the system won’t pick up your changes. After that it can sometimes take up to 20 minutes for those changes to push through to the character builder/sheet.
I’m newish to homebrewing and the cheat sheet makes sense but I’m having trouble with embedding the code into the text or how to use it in the snippet section.

Snippets only work in the snippet fields. Simply place your snippet into the text in lieu of a calculation or whatever and it will do what it does for you. For example, if this is the text in the description:
“The creature must make a Charisma saving throw with a DC equal to 8 plus your proficiency bonus plus your Wisdom modifier.”
Then you could use this snippet to both abbreviate it and to automatically calculate that save DC on the character sheet:
The creature must make a DC {{savedc:wis}} Charisma save.
