I'm creating a race called Drakonii (Singular: Drakonis). They are Half-Dragon, and either Half-Fiend (Infernal Drakonis/Abyssal Drakonis) or Half-Celestial (Celestial Drakonis). Because of their heritage, their lifespan is incredibly long.
All types of Drakonii look like humans with draconic horns.Their skin tones match those of humans, though rarely, their skin is the color of dragons. Infernal and Abyssal Drakonii have fangs and large leathery wings, while Celestial Drakonii have feathery wings, and are famously known for their ethereal beauty.
Drakonii breed true with eachother, and a union between a Drakonis and a Human will usually result in another human, and because it that human's heritage, it will usually become a Warlock or Sorcerer
Common Classes for Drakonii are: Fighter, Paladin, Cleric (C. Drakonis), Blood Hunter (I. Drakonis), Sorcerer (A. Drakonis)
This is what I've got on it so far, but I need help with the stat boosts and abilities.
I would reword it so that it does not look like one parent was a dragon and the other was a celestial. Instead I would suggest you make it Half Dragonborn and Half (Celestial/Fiend). So remove the references to human and replace with references to dragon born. (i.e. mating with a dragonborn results in a warlock/sorceror dragonborn, while mating with other Drakoni result in other Drakoni.)
In any case, make sure it is Humanoid (lots of issues if it is not), like the Dragonborn/Drakoni, not Celesiital/Fiend.
Charisma +2 seems obvious.
I would split it into two sub races - the celestial vs the infernal. Give Celestial a Wis +1 and Infernal an Int +1
I noticed you gave wings - but Fly is a powerful add on. Honestly, I would not give them that. Giving them fly cuts whatever else you want to give them to practically nothing. Aarakocra only adds on an natural weapon and a language or two. If you really true want the fly (which is abusive at low levels) instead of a natural weapon, I suggest giving them any one cantrip of their choice from Cleric for Celestial, Wizard for Fiend.
But personally I suggest you scrap the flight entirely and give them some cool stuff instead. Resistance, telepathy, etc.

Also, the funny thing is the ASIs you chose were the exact thing I was thinking.
I was also thinking that every type of Drakonis would get to choose a single cantrip for their draconic parent, similar to a dragonborn with their breath weapon. I.E. Silver/White would get ray of frost, Red/Copper(??) would get Fire Bolt, etc. etc.
More complicated, especially as Fiend/Celestial seems to be more important than dragon type. But if you want to do that, I suggest you steal directly from dragonborn. If you do not have fly, I would start by offering:
Damage Resistance.
You have resistance to the damage type associated with your draconic ancestry.
