Hi, is there any option for you to create the function you create hybrid classes (as per 3.5e) through the website. I enjoy creating enemies within these parameters and find it cumbersome to have to build x2 character sheets and then combine them manually.
Dude thanks for the interest, but I'm not sure on the contribution - i know how to multi class, i know how the work the builder upto level 20 but that's not what I'm asking for - I'm asking on the forum for greater function in the character builder. If this is not the place to post it, please let me know who i need to email. Cheers
I think that it's a fine place to put it. The only problem is that they need enough people for the idea to be relevant. There will probably be others, but it would have to be quite a lot to get the feature. If you really want it, private message Ammja. He's the product manager on here. Hope this helped!

Not making a new class - they already exist in canon, just 3.5e. Just want the ability too use the character builder more creatively.
3.5 doesn’t matter. 5e is a whole new ballgame. And a “hybrid class” would not be a “character builder versatility” thing, but entirely new classes as far as 5e is concerned. DDB will only ever implement them if WotC publishes them specifically for 5e. So basically, you got 4 choices:
Multiclass (which you said isn’t good enough)
Direct your feedback to WotC (try tweeting Jeremy Crawford) and hope they think it’s a good enough idea to publish (which would go directly against the 5e design philosophy so they will probably never do it)
Wait until DDB allows us to make custom Classes and make them yourself (that could be a loooooooong wait)

I don't think so. Sorry. Also, you can't create classes on here, just subclasses.

You need to ask WotC to make it- ddb isn’t going to just start creating new class rules based on a whim with no publication.

Well, we still don't have that feature. Maybe multiclass.

I assume you mean word or google docs, not actually paper, but otherwise I agree.

Why not actual paper? They do still make paper.
