I just went back and took another look at the pics you provided and I think I know your problem. Instead of the “Sense” Modifier, use the “Set Base” Modifier.
I,, honestly just give up at this point.. the trait has completely vanished from the character sheet now.. it's still there, but it refuses to show up, and none of the options to hide it are set..
If that👆doesn’t bring your trait back for you then something must be wrong. Please post links to both your character sheet and your homebrewed race & sub/variant so a Mod (not me) can look into it for you. They can even see private character sheets and unpublished homebrews. They should be able to help where I couldn’t.
Trying to add a homebrew race, im trying to add 120 set base darkvision. I put "set base > darkvision > 120." However when I put that it says "set base > darkvision > 120 is not a valid number." What am I doing wrong?
Nope I was actually putting the whole line into the fixed value xD. Just put the 120 and now it works. If I need help tying my shoes later I'll let you know LOL
I am adding the basic 60 ft Darkvision to my Homebrew race and it shows in the character sheet under racial traits, but not on the lefthand side under the special senses. Is there a way for it to appear here as well? I have the values input into the modifier page as shown above

If you definitely added the modifier as shown in IamSposta's post then it's possibly just a caching delay; sometimes when you update homebrew that's already been added to a character sheet it can take 20 minutes or so to update. You can also try removing the homebrew from the character (e.g- changing race to something else then back again) or increasing and decreasing the character's level to add/remove a levelled feature. Doesn't always work though, sometimes you do just have to wait and try again later.

I have a problem with my homebrew race and one of it's subraces. The race itself has darkvision 60ft but one of the subraces is suppose to have a superior darkvision of 120ft. Now I could make it work and it shows that the subrace has 120ft darkvision under the senses section on the character page with no problem but both darkvision and superior darkvision show under the features and traits section. Is there a way that only the superior darkvision shows there?
I made a homebrew feat which included 60ft Darkvision. I later got 120ft Darkvison through the Warlock - Eldritch Invocation - Devil's Sight.
When I used "Sense > Darkvision > 60 fixed" in my homebrew feat, both Darkvision ranges were added together, showing 180ft on my character sheet.
When I changed my homebrew feat to "Set Base > Darkvision > 60 fixed", my character sheet only showed the higher Darkvision range. 120ft. Which is what I wanted.
I'm not an expert but these are my experiences, hopefully they help x
Okay, so, I went and did a quick race to test, the exact same thing I did, except as a variant, and only including darkvision.
It did the same thing. the base 60 showed up, the 90 did not.
That’s so strange. Lemme do some testing and see what I can see.

Don’t give up. Try “waking up” your character sheet. General FAQ # 6-B: (https://www.dndbeyond.com/forums/dungeons-dragons-discussion/homebrew-house-rules/131411-a-homebrewers-how-to-faq).

i just changed it back to the non-replacement version for now, I need to re-do the whole thing anyway..
Currently just trying to get my other race working now.. How do I get a race, with no subrace or variants, to show up on it's own.
Ot, I guess, even if it -HAS- subraces, how to I pick the main race on it's own?.

yeah, removed the subrace for now, i'll work on it later on. Might just make one that's just 'Base' or something with no bonus.

Are you entering that whole thing into the fixed value field, or just the number? It should be set up like this:
