This spell immediately ends if you cast it again before its duration ends.

The target can also spend 5 feet of movement to automatically escape from nonmagical restraints, such as manacles or a creature that has it [condition]grappled[/condition]. Finally, being underwater imposes no penalties on the target's movement or attacks.

You transform a willing creature you touch, along with everything it's wearing and carrying, into a misty cloud for the duration. The spell ends if the creature drops to 0 hit points. An incorporeal creature isn't affected.
While in this form, the target's only method of movement is a flying speed of 10 feet. The target can enter and occupy the space of another creature. The target has resistance to nonmagical damage, and it has advantage on Strength, Dexterity, and Constitution saving throws. The target can pass through small holes, narrow openings, and even mere cracks, though it treats liquids as though they were solid surfaces. The target can't fall and remains hovering in the air even when [condition]Stunned[/condition] or otherwise [condition]Incapacitated[/condition].
While in the form of a misty cloud, the target can't talk or manipulate objects, and any objects it was carrying or holding can't be dropped, used, or otherwise interacted with. The target can't attack or cast spells.

* Your melee weapon attacks deal an extra 1d6 force damage on a hit.

There are so many things that affect a character's speed: Race, class or subclass features, several spells. If your character experiences multiple speed changes during play, I would recommend multiple copies of this magic item, one for each: speed setting you're going to use and number of Attack actions.
This item is to replicate the effects of the [spell]Haste[/spell] spell on someone with a walking speed of **A** and has **B** Attack action(s). Simply equip it when the spell is cast and unequip it when it ends. Spell details:
Choose a willing creature that you can see within range. Until the spell ends, the target's speed is doubled, it gains a +2 bonus to AC, it has advantage on Dexterity saving throws, and it gains an additional action on each of its turns. That action can be used only to take the [action]Attack[/action] (one weapon attack only), [action]Dash[/action], [action]Disengage[/action], [action]Hide[/action], or [action]Use an Object[/action] action.
When the spell ends, the target can't move or take actions until after its next turn, as a wave of lethargy sweeps over it.

If you wanted a magic item for every single speed setting and extra attack combination, you would have 4 for each speed 25-50' and 2 for each speed 55-60, and 1 for each speed 65-80. That's not counting ay subclass speed improvements, heavy armor penalties, or other spells. 80' & 2 attacks would be a Centaur Monk 18+ with the Mobile feat. Whereas a Gnome Fighter 20 wearing heavy armor with a strength score less than 13 would be 15' & 4 attacks.
This item is to replicate the effects of the [spell]Heroes' Feast[/spell] spell. Simply equip it when the spell is cast and unequip it when it ends. Spell details:
You bring forth a great feast, including magnificent food and drink. The feast takes 1 hour to consume and disappears at the end of that time, and the beneficial effects don't set in until this hour is over. Up to twelve creatures can partake of the feast.
A creature that partakes of the feast gains several benefits. The creature is cured of all diseases and poison, becomes immune to poison and being [condition]frightened[/condition], and makes all Wisdom saving throws with advantage. Its hit point maximum also increases by 2d10, and it gains the same number of hit points. These benefits last for 24 hours.
This item is to replicate the effects of the [spell]Heroism[/spell] spell. Simply equip it when the spell is cast and unequip it when it ends. Spell details:
A willing creature you touch is imbued with bravery. Until the spell ends, the creature is immune to being [condition]frightened[/condition] and gains temporary hit points equal to your spellcasting ability modifier at the start of each of its turns. When the spell ends, the target loses any remaining temporary hit points from this spell.

You place a curse on a creature that you can see within range. Until the spell ends, you deal an extra 1d6 necrotic damage to the target whenever you hit it with an attack. Also, choose one ability when you cast the spell. The target has disadvantage on ability checks made with the chosen ability.
If the target drops to 0 hit points before this spell ends, you can use a bonus action on a subsequent turn of yours to curse a new creature.
A remove curse cast on the target ends this spell early.
DURATION CONCENTRATION 1 HOUR
This item is to replicate the effects of the [spell]Holy Aura[/spell] spell. Simply equip it when the spell is cast and unequip it when it ends. Spell details:
Divine light washes out from you and coalesces in a soft radiance in a 30-foot radius around you. Creatures of your choice in that radius when you cast this spell shed dim light in a 5-foot radius and have advantage on all saving throws, and other creatures have disadvantage on attack rolls against them until the spell ends. In addition, when a fiend or an undead hits an affected creature with a melee attack, the aura flashes with brilliant light. The attacker must succeed on a Constitution saving throw or be [condition]blinded[/condition] until the spell ends.

Until the spell ends, bits of rock spread across your body, and you gain the following benefits:
* You have resistance to bludgeoning, piercing, and slashing damage from nonmagical attacks.
* You can use your action to create a small earthquake on the ground in a 15-foot radius centered on you. Other creatures on that ground must succeed on a Dexterity saving throw or be knocked [condition]prone[/condition].
* You can move across difficult terrain made of earth or stone without spending extra movement. You can move through solid earth or stone as if it was air and without destabilizing it, but you can’t end your movement there.
