I'm trying to convert a weapon originally made in Pathfinder to 5e. It's supposed to double the attackers crit range when flame is triggered on the axe head. So...is there a way to specifically add that bonus to the weapon? So for example, if a Champion gets a crit on 19 - 20, then this weapon would make it 17 - 20 when flaming. When they hit 15th level and their crit is 18 - 20, then it would give them a crit on 15 - 20 instead because it doubled the crit range. How would you recommend noting this in the Homebrew settings?

You would have to do this as three separate items that specify the crit range in text description. Currently there is no modifier for crit range, crit range not even being a rules concept. Instead items that modify what values you score a critical hit specify exactly.
Also, please use the Homebrew forum for homebrew questions rather than Bugs & Support. Thanks
