Path of Focus is really cool, gives me a half-barbarian-half-monk kinda vibe. I love it!

Thanks!
That was the kind of vibe I was aiming for. Multiclassing doesn't do it justice, and I felt it worked best in barbarian than fighter...
The concept is amazing!

So I've updated the Path of Focus barbarian with a few rewordings and clarifications, so it should read smoother now!
My next piece of Homebrew which I'd like some feedback on is a Domain of Decay Cleric, which I have put together after I realised I had no way to make the character I wanted (an old Tortle with a rotting shell, who spreads disease but in a weirdly benevolent way, as it is just life changing forms. They are an evil character, but not in their own eyes!)
The class is built around a cantrip, which affects anyone who is diseased or poisoned, and the ability to spread disease (thereby making the cantrip more effective). It took some digging to find the only god of disease in the extended pantheon - I may have to make some of my own!
Again, amazing job. I've always loved death and decay themed subclasses (been meaning to play Circle of Spores and The Undying for a while now), and Domain of Decay is right up my alley!
My one suggestion is changing the name from Tharizdun's Blessing to Tharizdun's Curse, as it's a debuff-ish effect.

I made this today as a cool idea which can unleash chaos on what would normally have been a fairl basic encounter, particularly for higher level players!
If you slash it, you make more. If you hit it with high damage, you make more. And all of them start growing back to their full size, ready to make more.
This is a cool monster if your party adopts a "just nuke it" approach. I can imagine the fight going along the lines of:
1. Barbarian attacks with greatsword, twice, and makes it into 3 cubes 2. Players notice the cubes are growing 3. Wizard nukes with fireball, all 3 cubes splatter into 3d6 new cubes, which start growing. 4. Panic!
Wow. Just wow. this is amazing! It's a fun little sidequest that gives players a powerful tool for combat that comes with some interesting drawbacks and rules and a time limit on how long the party can keep it. I love it!

Today I put some rules together which I think makes falling to 0hp a bit more dramatic, and gives the player choices, keeping them in the game. It's also only one page!
The goal was to help add tension and stop character death from being "lay there and roll dice until you get better or die". Characters can now become mortally wounded, and can choose to focus on their own survival, or try to keep fighting, at their own detriment. Get ready for some...
Fell Crows are large, black, bat-like creatures which lurk in the underdark. Their wings are lined with tiny barbs, which they can use to wrap themselves onto their prey. If enough Fell Crows mob a creature, their weight and leathery wings can bring them down, leaving them suffocating. Fell Crows only eat Carrion - they will leave a dead body for several days to mature before returning to feed.
Hey all! I'm back with a little spell which is a different variant of Feather Fall, more useful for quick getaways, and for people falling from greater heights!
Todays bit of Homebrew is my first subclass, the Path of Focus Barbarian.
This is for Dexterity barbarians which want to focus on the use of one weapon, which they will be very effective with!

Todays contribution to me once-considered-dead homebrew thread is a page on Animal Taming.
It's a fairly basic approach which I hope will be easy to keep track of (one page of rules, with 1 table to consult for the animals behaviour).
