(Reposting move adjusted for new info. Thank you Lucy)
If able, Sila slips past Gruenic and moves to the space 4 squares south of Gruenic and tucks back against the East Wall in that small indented space. She draws her bow and aims carefully for the Troglodyte straight ahead to the West. She is not attempting to be quiet or stealthy hoping to distract from any move Gruenic might make.
Bow Attack: 16 Damage: 11
@DM
X = Sila's location. X = Target. Although there's likely no doubt. If unable to get past Gruenic immediately, she will wait a moment for him to move forward for his own move and try to slip past when the tunnel widens slightly.
Gruenic halts at his current position, seeing the troglodytes further into the room, directly south. He moves to one square west of Sila and then casts sleep trying to catch as many of the troglodytes to the south in a 20 foot sphere that he can. He affects 19 hit points of troglodytes with the spell. After he does this, he braces his shield and looks to the west, readying himself for the western troglodytes attack.

A wizard is never late, nor is he early, he arrives precisely when he means to.
Garavant watches Sila and Gruenic move ahead to attack. He switches off to his rapier and moves along the western wall of the relatively narrow passageway. He pauses there, out of sight, and waits for the enemy to advance on his comrades. When he sees an opening, he'll dart between the cleric and the monk to deliver a sudden attack with his blade.
((The idea is to move to square N of Gruenic/ NW of Sila and wait, then use rest of movement to get to where he can get a sneak attack in on any troglodyte that engages with Gruenic or Sila. He'll move through friendly and empty squares as needed, using the second half of his movement to cover up to 15 feet.))
Silaand Gruenic move south down the corridor, the cleric preparing his sleep spell as the monk nocks an arrow. They reach the junction at the end of the narrow pathway and unleash their attacks: Sila’s target falls dead with an arrow in its throat while Gruenic sees a troglodyte in the south chamber fall flat on its face, dozing away.
Garavant follows up behind the vanguard and waits in anticipation for a troglodyte to move in and attack his colleagues. Sure enough, one does charge towards Sila and is surprised – very briefly – to discover a hidden half elf waiting to drive a rapier through its neck.
No other troglodytes emerge to attack, there is a flurry of noise indicating activity in the south chamber and the slumbering defender remains immobile on the floor.
Lucy busily draws a map in her mind and adds every creature ( her array and opponent) in it. After a moment of consideration, the bladesinger pulls out a bit of spider web. Lucy uses her index finger to write a shining elven rune, then flicks the web with thumb and middle finger. The spider silk expands thousand times in the air, becomes a huge veil and covers the south west path. " Artemis check the south east way! " The owl flaps its wings and flies into the only pathway that isn't occupied by reptilians.
Action: Cast Web to seal south west path and restrains the troglodytes. Dex13 save or get restrained.
Lucy projects her web spell into the chamber. She cannot see the full outcome of her spell, but the frustrated roars from that direction suggest that at least one troglodyte is ensnared. The sleeping troglodyte lies covered in a layer of magical webbing.
Artemis flies down the southeast passage and finds themselves in a deserted chamber with the remains of a small deer lying on the ground in the middle.
Bree moves up to join the rest of the party, ready to respond to any danger which becomes apparent.
(Sila’s turn. To answer Jynne's question, the floor can be considered normal terrain as the debris is low and inconsequential. On the map, shaded area is the web’s area of effect)
Gruenic moves 2 squares to the southeast, then goes south 4 squares to get in range and visible to the group to the south and the west. He hoists his javelin and heaves it at the central character (in pink), also looking to get a good look at him (is that their leader?).

Sila moves swiftly south, targeting one of the Troglodytes captured by the Webbing and fires another arrow from her bow. Bow Attack: 22 Damage: 7 again using her location as bait for attacks. (using inspiration to turn it to an advantage roll 19 <- second roll if allowed to attack)

targeting the one west three sq and down one (first one in upper row). Already marked off Inspiration point for use. Ready to use a ki point for Patient defense if attacked with Melee or deflect missiles with her arrow drawing hand as now free. Deflect missiles doesn't require a ki point, used as a reaction. Ki point only used if damage reduced enough to attack back with it - is my understanding. Attacked desc here -
Starting at 3rd level, you can use your reaction to deflect or catch the missile when you are hit by a ranged weapon attack. When you do so, the damage you take from the attack is reduced by 1d10 + your Dexterity modifier + your monk level.
If you reduce the damage to 0, you can catch the missile if it is small enough for you to hold in one hand and you have at least one hand free. If you catch a missile in this way, you can spend 1 ki point to make a ranged attack with the weapon or piece of ammunition you just caught, as part of the same reaction. You make this attack with proficiency, regardless of your weapon proficiencies, and the missile counts as a monk weapon for the attack, which has a normal range of 20 feet and a long range of 60 feet.
Silasets off at lightning pace, rounding a stalactite and loosing an arrow at one of the troglodytes. The arrow sinks deep into the creature’s belly, wounding it gravely but not fatally.
Gruenic follows the monk, hurling his javelin towards the webbed defenders (The pink token is the centre of the webbed area, please pick again – finish off Sila’s target or attack another? Ther eis no obvious leader in this group)
(After Gruenic confirms his target, Garavant is up next)
The owl's eyes are drawn to the small deer as she enters the deserted chamber. But just when Artemis is about to taste the meat, she feels the telepathic reins around her mind tightens. ( Back to us and aid Garavant! ) The owl gives the carcass a glance and reluctantly flies back to the battle ground.
Action: Artemis will give Garavant advantage by her ability.
Gruenic moves forward to the square just west of Sila, but not in the web. He points at the Troglodyte that Lucy hit with her Longbow, casts toll the dead..
It must make a DC 12 Wisdom save or take 8 points of necrotic damage.
Then he'll ready himself with his shield for their attack.

Garavant’s rapier pierces the troglodyte’s tough skin and it roars in pain, looking badly wounded but still alive.
The troglodyte remains caught in the web as it tries futilely to release itself, but its tribematerips free and moves to attack the rogue with its sharp claws. Another trog, somehow avoiding the arcane webbing, skips across the sticky strands and also tries to land a strike, each attacker using teeth and claws:

As the attackers swarm Garavant, an arrow flies over his shoulder to strike one of them in the chest. He risks a glimpse behind him to see Lucystaring down her bow, satisfied with the hit.
(Bree’s turn; I have Sila and Gruenic)
