(I infer from the actions posted that you are holding until the orcs emerge)
Sila stops her dash east with a crouch, absorbing the momentum of her movement and using it to propel her back west to Gruenic. There she grabs the rope in order to help him with pulling down the statue.
Garavant edges forward slightly so that he will be in melee range of anyone falling on the ice (moving on own turn, held action- attack)
Lucy takes a step south to get an angle, draws her bow and aims at the space above the ice trap, concentrating on anyone who doesn’t lose their footing (held action – attack)
You all wait as the running and clanging noises get nearer, culminating in the emergence of an orcand a large vicious warrior – an orog – burst through the door.
The orog (Yarrack) hits the ice patch first and falls prone, arms windmilling uselessly at the air (automatic fail because of the 5 save roll ‘gifted’ by Bree)
The other leading orc (Orc 1) hits the ice right after Yarrack - Dex save 3 , DC13
Orc 1 also crashes onto his back, thick fingers clawing uselessly at the icy surface. Another orc (Orc 2) is right behind them, reaching the doorway but not the ice, and more footsteps are behind.
Garavantunleashes his held attack, looking for a gap in the prone Yarrack'splate armour. His advantageous position allows him to spot one and he lunges, piercing flesh and pushing the blade in deep. Yarrack screams in pain even as the hate burns in his eyes.
Lucy looses her arrow at Orc 2 stood in the doorway, striking him in the chest and piercing a lung. The orc looks badly wounded, possibly mortally, but is still in the fight for now.
Breethrows her fire bolt into the flailing Yarrackbut is thrown off aim slightly by his erratic movement and the bolt flies wide.
Gruenictries to bring the last stage of the plan into action and heaves on the rope to try and bring the statue down. The stone dwarf proves to be just as sturdy and resilient as his live cousins, and refuses to move at first, but with Sila'shelp the huge lump of stone comes crashing down (OOC used Sila's 18 roll as Gruenic'c Advantage roll, added +3 for his Strength & +4 for Guidance for a total 25).
The statue sheers off at the ankles and crashes down onto the prone Orc 1, causing 15 bludgeoning damage and killing him instantly. The statue's removal also reveals a spraying mechanism which, suddenly devoid of its restraint, unleashes poison gas in a 15ft cone, catching Yarrack (CON save 6), Orc 1 (8) and Orc 2 (12)
Yarrackgargles and vomits under the poison's effects, he will struggle to land an accurate blow now, but Orc 2 manages to resist the effects of the gas - possibly because the lack of one functioning lung gives him less inhalation power?
(OOC left Orc 1's saving throw in as I feared deleting it might throw up a manipulation flag)
(Round 2 - post your actions! Updated map to follow)
Sila keeping to the west of the corridor to allow as much space as possible to Gruenic, launches two daggers at Old Yarrack trying to stay back from the fumes of the trap.
Silabrings her daggers down on the prone Yarrack, easily striking him in his sickened state but finding her blades largely deflected by his heavy armour . He grunts as both strikes wound him and he fights to right himself.
Rolling Initiative: Garavant 18, Lucy 17, Orcs 14, Bree 10, Gruenic 7, Artemis 21, Sila 19
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Gleefully Bree will shout out: "It worked! We got you!". She will hurl another fire bolt towards the baddies. (preferably Yarrack, but will target a standing orc to prevent disadvantage).
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Garavant lets out a laugh as he sees the plan working well. He was certainly glad to be with such wise and scheming companions as these!
"We slew your ogre friend, and now it's your turn!" he snarls, hoping that fact will rattle their latest opponents. He strikes once more, quick and hard as he can, at the fallen Yarrack. He channels magic thunder through the rapier's tip, hoping it helps keep the orog in place.
Rapier Attack: 19 Damage: 8 Sneak Attack Damage 8 Casting Booming Blade, if he moves more than 5 feet, he takes 1d8 thunder damage (if the attack hit)
Sila feels the divine energy flow to her and appreciates Gruenic silently for it, she could use a little support with that last attack. Aware that the other Orcs will likely attack at distance, she keeps her stance prepared to deflect missiles.
You can use your reaction to deflect or catch the missile when you are hit by a ranged weapon attack. When you do so, the damage you take from the attack is reduced by 1d10 +6. If you reduce damage to 0 and have a free hand, you can spend 1 ki point to make a ranged attack (as with a monk weapon) with a range of 20/60.
I believe that I can deflect only and not use Ki, but if she must use Ki to do this, the will return the projectile to sender. Roll now or later if hit?
Garavant sees confusion, anger and finally fear cross Yarrack’s face as he hears about the demise of Great Ulfe. He tries to growl with rage but his words come wracked with self-doubt "No, we had a defensible position - you're lying!" The orog turns his face away as the rapier clangs off his heavy armour.
Rolling Initiative: Lucy 17, Orcs 14, Bree 10, Gruenic 7, Artemis 21, Sila 19, Garavant 18,

Seeing their traps works beautifully, upset orcs and squash one of them into bloody meat pie, Lucy can't help but laughs aloud. "This is priceless! I'll make a song and let the rest of the world know how pitifully you fall! " Then she unleashes another arrow to the injured brute (orc2).
Lucy's bloodlust gets the better of her and her arrow skews as it leaves the bow. It scatters across the floor harmlessly and rolls to a stop at the orc'sfeet, but his expression makes it clear that he gets the message; he is next.
Yarrackclimbs to his feet, still hacking from the poison gas, as he splutters "If what you say is true then I'm the new boss...what better way to start my reign than seeing off a team of assassins?"
Two attacks on Garavant (disadvantage for poisoned condition) Attack: 14 Damage: 5 and Attack: 11 Damage: 8
First attack roll is not coming through, so reroll: 13
(Something weird happened there but the scores look stable now - both misses) Yarrackhowls in frustration as the agile half elf dodges both his attacks, urging his troops to join the battle "KILL THEM!!"
Orc 2, having already resisted the poison spraying from the statue's old fitting, tries to dash across the ice to engage Garavant- Dex check 15
The Orc manages to stay upright on his charge, reaching Garavant at a trot and swinging his axe with fury Attack: 14 Damage: 6
Orc 4 appears in the doorway and into the poison cloud - CON save 5 with Orc 3 just behind him. They both pause to assess the scene in front of them.
Garavantdodges orc 2's attack while orc 4 succumbs to the poison, coughing and spluttering while he tries to work out the best approach.
Rolling Initiative: Bree 10, Gruenic 7, Artemis 21, Sila 19, Garavant 18, Lucy 17, Orcs 14
Sila slashes again at Old Yarrack as he stands with her shortsword and follows with a punch from her left fist and a right elbow to anything she can connect with.
As mentioned above, Gruenic casts bless on Garavant, Sila, and Lucy. His position does not change, he is ready to back up Sila and Garavant.
As a bonus action, he casts spiritual weapon, which appears as a floating ethereal spear, glowing like the moon. It appears behind Yarrack and strikes the orog!
Spritual spear : Attack: 8 Damage: 9
(If the spear would have advantage, here’s the second attack roll : 12 )
Garavant grins and laughs as he dodges the orog's blows, though in the back of his mind he knows without the ice and poison, this might be going very, very differntly.
"And when we killed your old boss, I didn't even have this fine blade yet,"he says with a smile to the orog. "Perhaps it looks familiar?" He tilts the hilt just a bit to show it off, before using the distraction of combat all around to attempt another vicious, lunging stab at Old Yarrack.
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Lucy grimaces when Yarrack shouts "KILL THEM!!". "Hey! Don't take my line! That's what I'm supposed to say!" She roars back. "And congratulations for being the leader of a few bandits soon to be eliminated!" Persistent like a hungry bear, the elf girl keeps shooting at the same target.

Somehow the attack part of my last roll didn't work, although it looks like the damage part worked. Weird. Here is another attack roll:
16
Gruenic casts bless on Lucy, Garavant and Sila. Afterwards he readies a javelin for the next round.
A wizard is never late, nor is he early, he arrives precisely when he means to.

@Gruenic: You cannot cast two spells in one turn unless one of them is a cantrip, as per https://www.dndbeyond.com/sources/phb/spellcasting#CastingaSpell
((Ok, sorry DM, will ready a javelin for next turn and wait after the bless, no spiritual weapon.))

Longbow Attack to orc2: 14 Damage: 8

(Bree's post in 606. Should Sila have rolled with adv as yarack getting up or normal? Only rolled one Bless roll - should I roll for each attack?)
