BB, Bolt is alive, but still out, but Keller gives a groan as you remove a charred binder and some copper tubing debris from him, giving out a long wheeze.

Keller, you feel a hand on your leg, and then the weight is removed from your chest as BB's face comes into dim focus, suffused by a pinkish glow behind him.

 Grandpa, the stairs are a struggle at the angle they're tilted, but you manage, with Black's assistance nudging you from behind, to make it to the upper floor you hadn't seen before, and see, with the floor sloping away from you towards the shattered window, your companions, most of them slid against the far wall under the window, though Bryn's hopefully unconscious body is caught up on a desk halfway across the room. 

You are the first one with a good view out the shattered window, and what you see causes your breath to seize in your chest. Rather than the mountainous forest that surrounded the tower you breached, you see a vast expansive plain of worn sandstone bluffs beneath a purple sky teeming with stars. There appear to be other structures in the distance, ruins, and a vast obelisk... 

((Larry, give me an Investigation check, I'd adjusted the DC given your familiarity with the room.))

"Hey Kelly, welcome back! Bolt's down but not out yet. Larry, stop screwing around and give me a hand here."

BB will work on getting Keller and Bolt out of the rubble before moving to where Bryn is.

"Gramps! Glad you could make it up, you up for some healing? Bolt needs some, maybe Bryn."

Larry’s investigation check: 11 

After a quick search around, Larry looks up to BB’s call and moves over to help (and take the help action) where he can.

((Aside from the worrying angle, is Larry concerned that the tower is not stable? Is it still moving or settled?))

As the others of you stand, you see the bizarre landscape that Grandpa sees out the shattered window. The tower seems stable for now, but the precarious tilt doesn't bode well for long term. 

Larry searches in a cabinet that he knows should have some emergency supplies in it, and finds some vials intact, though it seems that they were at least gone through and partially used by the duergar and/or mage. He finds two potion of healing, a vial of antitoxin, and a bottled breath.

Bolt was a bit slower reviving as BB removed debris from her, but she gives a groan, and her hand instinctively gropes around before grasping the shaft of her fiery axe.

"Hey Bolt! Welcome back to wherever the Hells we are. Could actually be one of the Hells? Lemme help you look, its great."

As he moves with Bolt up,

"Hey, anyone know why we are here? Last thing I remember is that blue wizard blasting me with a hundred magic bolts."

Bolt groans as she pushes herself upright, blinking as she glances around the room, making sure there's no fighting still going on.  "I feel like a horse just ran over me.  Twice.  Are we alive?"

Gramps looks at the others.

"what happened? I went out when that horrify. Creature came I believe? And than woke up below in the library, but it seems we are in another world or something?" 

He looks a bit closer and sees Bryn, he moves to check up on him, while with another look around he has a shock

" wait, I don't see Storm anywhere? Is, is he gone?"

Bolt frowns a little and shakes her head, "Storm was caught up in that...  Orb, thing.  Like it ate him.  But it pulled Blake and Larry in too, and they're still here.  So he's gotta be somewhere, right?"

BB side eyes Bolt when she calls him Blake,

"You feeling okay? Hit your head on the way in? And did your voice change?"

Bolt coughs to clear the dust from her throat, "Might have done, but we should be more worried about your head than mine.  As I remember, you were out cold long before the orb got weird and buried us in tower."

((Bolt and Keller can give me Arcana checks, Grandpa can too, but at disadvantage since he wasn't there, but is trained in it. Larry and BB were out at the time, and not trained, so no rolls.))

Bolt Arcana: 15

"Ya, but I don't think I got hit in the head, just blasted. A shit ton."

He points to the various holes in his shirt.

"You had a desk on your head."

Keller arcana: 9

HD: 12 plus 13

The rogue gets to his feet gently, and slowly. He looks around for any sign the mage did anything other than get sucked into the orb. Is the lever and machine there or gone? He calls grandpa over for a look if it's there.

Gramps Arcana: 15

Larry, scoops up the vials and potions. ((Can he also find something like a satchel or bag? Or a pouch? Something he can gather the vials into for transportation?)). He then turns back to the party.

Larry is clearly Warforged: a living construction. At his joints, his under-body appears to be made of wood and ropey vines. Over this, are smooth panels of stone and metal. There are also some sections that look like a kind of stone-metal hybrid. And despite all the upheaval and mess, his surface still has a slight matte gleam to it, as if dust and dirt doesn’t stick to his surface… Curious… By his manner though, and familiarity with it, the tower appears to have been his home for some time.

”Found some vials and potions”, he announces in a calm, slightly formal, accent. (His voice might put you in mind of a butler). “Healing, anti-toxin, living-breath”, he lists off. “I’m sure The Mistress will understand us taking them… given the… ‘circumstances’…”. 

He looks out the window at the unfamiliar view from near the centre of the room, “What’s out there?… Where are we?…”.

Bryn struggles back to consciousness, and if no one else summarizes what happened to Storm, he'll chime in to help bring Grandpa up to speed.

BB sighs on seeing the outside and actually bothering to look.

"Well. Didn't sign up for this. Kelly? You up? You're ranking here now, right? What's the plan to get me home for some RnR? And Bolt. Her face needs time to stop looking all melty."

 "Can't deny that my face is worse than yours for once, BB, but aren't we at least going to look for Storm?  He was caught up early, but he might be..." Bolt looks toward all the rubble, "Here.  Somewhere."
