"Okay. Stay safe and I wish you well. Last thing - do they ever leave?" Ecko nods to the rest and begins to usher for everyone to move out of the tower. "They have to leave sometime. Let's leave for now. Let's watch for one when they wander out and kill them. Okay? Let's go."
Crystal nods her head and whispers "Oh, OK" She looks at the others "I think we better back out, Eralynn is a bit nervous and we need a good plan on getting just one of these hags, not all three." Crystal turns to Eralynn "It's going to be OK, let's just step out here and get some fresh air."

Well, it was the safest place they had. He lowers his voice and squawks out an offered plan-
"Okay. Okay. Here's the deal. We want to draw one out and kill it quietly. Right? Okay. Right. Cool. So - how about we forge a note - I'm good at forging notes, Kenku are good at copying handwriting - in Saeth's writing and request one of the hags by name. Ilmar, do you know their names? Either way, once the singular one comes, we immediately kill it. How does that sound?"
"Divide and conquer, a sound battle plan. What else do ya know about hags? I've never dealt with one before now and it sounds like they are dangerous." Garmus paces as the group tries to figure out their next move. He hates waiting but knows that they can't just rush into this fight, especially since they'd lost Ysa to the Medusa.

“Nope, Eralynn. We’re not splitting up. We want to split them up. Somehow.” Ecko begins listing off over a dozen fantastical, impractical plans in his usual excited tone before thankfully an interruption arrives.

"Agreed, no splitting up... the fastest way to take your enemy down is to divide them, don't let that happen to us." Crystal states emphatically. 'What the hell are those' she thinks as actual living scarecrows come bounding out of the bushes. "Looks like nothing a little fire can't squelch"

Ecko, the ever-pyromaniac, grins as he sees something perfectly flammable shamble up to the party. "Alright, let's do this!"
He brings out a mechanical apparatus attached to a string and conjures a spark of flame to ignite it. The acrid smell of fuel burning sounds as Ecko lights the ball on fire and hurls it towards Scarecrow1. Afterwards, he brings out a dagger and coats it in flame before striking down at the cluster of scarecrows without any fear whatsoever.
Action - Green-Flame Blade! on Scarecrow1: Attack: 23 Damage: 5 + 2 magical Fire damage on a hit. If that hits, a gout of greenish flames leaps towards Scarecrow2 and deals 10 Fire damage.
Bonus Action - Flaming Sphere A ball of fire crashes into Scarecrow1, dealing 7 Fire damage. DC 15 Dexterity save for half of.
