(I'm not sure I'm understanding the map or where we're supposed to be on it properly, but no matter:)
Kendes picks up the spear that was thrown at him and rushes one of the bandits - not the one by the stairs who looks ready to stab anything - and returns the spear, pointed-side first. (If the only bandit he can reach for a melee attack would be the one by the stairs readying a counter, he'll just throw the spear he picked up at one of the standing bandits instead, and you can ignore the bonus attack in that case)
Attack: 21 (both with or without advantage if attacking a prone fellow) Damage: 5piercing
He dodges low and brings his fist in for a vicious punch to the man's exposed side. Bonus attack: 19(20 if he was prone) Damage: 6 bludgeoning
OOC: The map is just of the loft above if that helps, not the main floor.
When Kosef comes in range, the human jabs at him with its spear. Attack: 4 Damage: 3
Kosef then kills the human guarding the stairs, and proceeds onward towards another. The second human is wounded by his attack, but still lives.
Evendur is too late to do anything about the human guarding the stairs, but another human is located to the left. His target blocks the attack with its shield, and attempts to avoid getting knocked over by Evendur. Athletics: 20
Kendes stabs one of the fallen humans with a spear. The man is barely alive after the attack, and Kendes' punch finishes him off.
He was startled to be attacked by someone he was about to behead, but Kosef didn't panic. He was able to slay his attacker and wound one of the other humans, whom he immediately attacks again: 15 to hit for 10 damage (GWM BA if necessary, targeting the next closest human (H4?) in range: 11 to hit for 14 damage). If he is up in the loft and has movement, he steps away from the edge, far from the edge.

(OOC: Sorry about the double post. Was DDB down earlier?)
Kendes whirls around and sees the others fighting on the stairs... but the old man is still injured and on the ground. And so is one of the ambushers. Approaching that one, Kendes also decides to return the gift granted and attack him as well.
Attack: 9 (24if he didn't stand up) Damage: 12piercing
He follows through with a roundhouse kick. Attack: 13 (with or without advantage) Damage: 8 bludgeoning
(OOC I'm a little lost on positioning but it probably doesn't matter currently. Probably more concerned with what is happening with Kipio after two humans went down the ropes towards him. Longer term, I'm a bit worried about spell placement and Valas's hit and run tactics when having trouble understanding the layout of the battle.)
Valas continues the charge on the second level with his companions, casting another Booming Blade.
Attack: 14 Damage: 8 Thunder damage if enemy moves: 7
OOC: I missed Valas' spell from last round, so Valas will seem to attack twice here. Also, moved the damage to a different monster because the other one died.
Valas sends psychic energy towards one of the humans in the loft (H1?). Intelligence Saving Throw: 9
Valas' sword misses the human, who moves swiftly out of the way.
Evendur swings his sword at a nearby human, and manages to wound him. Evendur then attempts to shove the bleeding man over the edge. (H1 is injured) Acrobatics: 4
Kendes pierces the human, killing him instantly. (H6 dies)
Evendur is slashed at with the human's dagger. Attack: 17 Damage: 3
Kosef is also attacked with a dagger. Attack: 6 Damage: 5
The human near Valas jabs with its dagger. Attack: 7 Damage: 3
Kosef swings at one of the humans, but the human is able to dodge away from his sword.
Kipio has no one to attack with his sword, but is able to scorch a human with fire on the loft above. (H2 dies)
OOC: Kipio has no nearby targets to attack with a scimitar, but rolled a d8 by accident and has produce flame. I am switching the attack to produce flame to hit someone on the ledge. If you would rather take a different action, tell me and I will adjust accordingly.
(OOC - Sorry I think I was confused that one of the humans had jumped down from the loft. I will keep with the produce flame as you suggested. Sorry!!)
(If a human comes sailing down, Kendes will attack that one. If it's not the case, he'll get into a position where he's within 20 feet of someone in the loft and toss his spear at them. If the guy is prone for the melee attack, he gets advantage. If the guy is more than 20 feet away from a thrown spear, he gets disadvantage. Considering that, I'll make two attack rolls. As always, if Kendes is not in close combat, ignore the bonus melee attack.)
Kendes, seeing the tides turning, races towards the remaining to bandits, his spear at the ready. He attacks the one nearest to him.
Valas draws blood from his opponent, but the human remains alive. Evendur kills his target with a slash of his sword. Kendes then hurls his spear, killing the human near Valas. The raiders are all dead.
The old man is back on his feet. He stares at the place where the spear pierced him in wonder, before saying to Kipio, "Thank you. I thought that spear would kill me." He looks around at the six dead raiders, and adds, "It looks like you five did a good job with these raiders. They got what they deserved for attacking this town." He then spits on the nearest raider.
If Kosef can find the dagger he was attacked with, he will take it. He will take its sheath too, if he can, and tuck them both into his backpack.
"Are we sure the mill is free from raiders? What's next? Back to the keep?" He pauses for a moment. "The dragon is the real problem." Kosef looks at the end of his sword. "We're effective against its human and kobold servants, but I don't know how we would do against it. Was there a ballista back at the keep?"

As usual, Kendes checks over the bodies for any valuables as he strips them of their weaponry and armor. Investigation: 8
He takes the remaining five daggers, one extra spear, and two of the chain shirts. Walking over to the old man, he claps him on the shoulder, and hands over one of the daggers and his club, telling him: „The town is still crawling with raiders. You‘d better take these just in case you run into more trouble on the way back.“
He tucks one dagger into his belt for himself, and then to the rest of the party, he offers a dagger if they need one: „It’s a weapon, but more importantly, also a useful tool. If you need one, have it - these cultists should help supply and fund the effort to drive them off with their own resources. It‘s justice, in a sense.“
If no one takes the shields, Kendes will use them to arrange blocks in the windows of the mill, so that it will be more difficult for any passing raiders to lob a torch into the building, should they come back.
(Kendes doesn‘t attempt to carry any more the remaining four chain shirts, as they‘re too heavy. But OOC, a single chain shirt is 20lbs either 25gp sold under ideal conditions, or free armor for the townsfolk defense. If we want to get technical spears and shields are not worth the monetary effort to carry back, but shields especially might be worth the roleplay effort. Sorry for the lack of color, I‘m doing this from mobile).

"Governor Nighthill wanted us to guard the mill until he could send forces to relieve us, but I´m not entirely sure the raiders meant to burn it down, I would say something fishy is going on."Evendur says coming down the stairs from the loft. "We should stay as the Governor asked us but I hope we can get back to the keep soon to take care of that dragon. Perhaps a ballista could launch me on top of the dragon. Then I could see to it´s demise." Evendur then says hopefully, trying to collect as many shields as possible to bring back to the keep. Evendur also, with the help of a torch, quickly scans the mill for any sign of the old mans son. Perception: 6 Trying not to set the mill on fire himself he adds "Any sign of townsfolk still here?"
Kendes assists Evendur on his search, first asking the old man: "What exactly does your son look like, how old is here, and when was he last seen?" (Evendur can have advantage on his check)
To Evendur, he says, "If we're to hole up in this mill, maybe we can set the spare spears around to make something of a barbed gate or trap near the entrance, in case the cultists try to rush in and claim this place again. A few well-placed boxes and the spears wedged into sack of mill on the floor, point-sides up, might do the trick."
