(@Brian: did we get anything from Petcan's Detect Thoughts, Randall's Insight, or from Irraxan checking out the cave-in story? If not, I guess he's telling the truth and probably as trustworthy as a smuggler is going to get)
Petcan's Detect Thoughts show he is concerned with the goblins making their way through the sewers. He has a smuggler's tunnel and doesn't want them disrupting things.
Randall's Insight doesn't reveal any overt deception, I mean he is a smuggler, but it's apparent that he realizes if the goblins win their way into the city there won't be much need for his smuggling things in and out.
Irraxan scouts back the East way and sees where it joins up in accordance with your maps but doesn't find any smuggler's tunnel.

(Seems legit. I guess the smuggler's tunnel is well hidden so at least the Goblins shouldn't find it either. We should probably hurry on to the pumping station)
"Ok, don't crowd me. I'll share. I mean, it looks like you're down here fighting the goblins too, even though you don't look like your run of the mill soldier."
He scratches at some stubble on his chin.
"I'm not with the goblins, I'm a smuggler. I was working on my tunnel when there was a small cave-in and i stayed down here to clear the debris. That was from yesterday to today. Now when I tried to find a way back up I keep hearing goblin bands roving about down here. With so many goblins flooding into the sewers I realized they must of tunneled into the sewers from their siege line."
"It seems we are on the same side then. Come with us, and quickly! First we need to flood these tunnels to rid them of the Goblin invaders. And afterwards we may have need of a smuggler to help us take the fight to the Goblins." Zenodor then tries to hurry the party along to the pumping station as is he worried about time running out the Goblins getting too far.
"Let us know where this Tunnel you speak of is at, please It may end up our only escape." Tempe says worried about this plan they have as he follows the group.
"Agreed! I will stick with you guys if it will help stop these goblins. My tunnel is further North of here, when we get closer to it I will show you but after this is all over I don't want to go to jail. I got a family and mouths to feed"

"Do not worry about that. We are not the town guard and our interest lies in the Goblins - not in a bit of smuggling. If you assist us, I am sure we will be able to reciprocate the favour. Onwards then!"
Mignon leads you back to the first passage leading North, skips the first connecting tunnel West but takes the second, after about a hundred feet in he stops.
"Give me a second."
He fiddles with a stone near the base of the wall and suddenly an entire section opens up. It reveals an hidden corridor that leads off to the North.

"There's a side tunnel a few hundred yards in that branches off the main way and goes right to the pumping station. There were... reasons for such a tunnel and... anyway it will lead us right there."
In the distance you can hear at least 2 goblin squads as their racket echos through the sewer tunnels, but does seem to be getting closer.

"What reasons?" Z asks suspiciously. "We're not going to run into another sewer dwelling monstrosity, are we?", he says, not having very fond memories of the dangerous crawler they met earlier.
"NO! Definitely not! I keep my tunnel free of monsters of any kind."
He gives a nervous laugh.
"Wouldn't be much use for smuggling otherwise."
Still in the distance but getting much closer are the noises of goblin squads closing in.
"Hurry! Help me get this door sealed closed again."

While not physically strong, Z helps as much as he can - either with his hands or using telekinesis. Once they are done, he tries to hurry the party on:
"Quickly now, to the pumping station without further delay. There seem to be countless Goblins in the tunnels already. Make haste!"
There is a rumbling sound and some dirt and small rocks fall as you swing the false wall back in place. It stops 2 inches shy of closing and won't budge. Mignon kicks at it and swears under his breath. "Dammit!" He tries again and then suggests, "There's no time! Let's just hurry onward! It should be close enough for them not to notice in their haste."

Given they can't close it fully and hide it, before leaving Z quickly checks if there is anything he could use to wedge it shut from the inside to at least delay any pursuit. (I'm thinking some debris in wedge shape, or maybe a beam or pole or something he could use to prop it closed)
There are no beams or poles nearby... you could go deeper into the smuggler's tunnel to look for some?
There are a few small rocks... but they're small, and more of a rounded shape than a wedge shape?
There are also a few pieces of debris... but they are currently unrecognizable as to what shape, or even what they are as they are partially covered in gunk?
And you each have whatever equipment you started with... (whatever that is, I didn't look to see what packs and what else you started with?)
(Each or any of you can post what you want to do to try and wedge the door shut and delay any goblin pursuit.)
