  Might want to read the paralyzed a bit more then. It says you cannot speak as part of the condition.

A paralyzed creature is incapacitated (see the condition) and can't move or speak. The creature automatically fails Strength and Dexterity saving throws. Attack rolls against the creature have advantage. Any attack that hits the creature is a critical hit if the attacker is within 5 feet of the creature.

attack roll against Kata: if paralyzed: Attack: 20 Damage: 18 if not: Attack: 23 Damage: 7 (fire damage btw)

action surge: chain lightning. Wip takes 47 lightning damage (auto fails the save because paralyzed), and Kata must make a DC 18 dex save (if you fail the save against paralyzed, you will auto fail this save), 39 lightning damage on fail, half on success.

Going to have to trust you guys a bit here. There is now a circle around Flur, that shows where the smoke cloud is currently at. If you are inside that, or try to target someone in that, then make adjustments, all attacks into, or out of, the area is done with disadvantage. if you are actually inside the area you can attack anyone else inside the area with a straight roll, as you get disadvantage for being blinded, but you get advantage for them being blinded, so it cancels out.
