Kallandra listens to the exchange between Brock and Grishkar with mild disbelief. For once...OK, not just once, but, anyway, this time she agreed with Grishkar. If their enemies wanted to walk through a killing fog, what was the point in stopping them.

Ssej realizes that he is not in the best spot for continued attacks as no one else is in the cloud and clearly these beasts can see him better than he can see them.
So Ssej takes one more swing at the Slaad in J4 (hopefully) with his dagger and then will use his bonus action and 1 Ki Point to Disengage and move back to J10 and then inhale an exaggerated amount and use Breath of the Dragon and spew out of cone of acid onto the creatures.
Dagger: Attack: 23 Damage: 14 Acid Damage: 6
Breath of the Dragon: 6 Acid Damage DEX save DC 17 for half damage.
Stunning Strike for 1 Ki point on the dagger attack if it hits, CON Save DC 17
After breathing on the creatures he will then move back an additional 20' to land at J14.
"Careful friendss the fog did not sseem to hamper their attackss." Ssej shouts out to his companions.

Ssej
Ssej takes a swing at the slaad he stunned before, connecting. This time the slaad resists being stunned. It does seem hurt, though Ssej cannot tell how much with the fog swirling around him. Ssej then pulls back, defensively, and moves to where he can breathe acid on the two. He does so, but, again, cannot tell the extent of the damage caused.
Umeven
The slaad are not visible yet, as your turn comes before Yashin's turn. I take it you continue to ready an action to shoot once visible. Also, the slaad is no longer stunned.
Yashin
Moving up towards the cloud, Yashin exhales a great ggust that blows away the yellowish cloud. One of the slaads is also knocked back away from him, but the other remains in place. Both have some minor poison damage, as well as very very minor acid damage. The one that was knocked away looks worse off, clearly cut by Ssej's dagger. (The slaads were only in the cloud for this round, and they did take damage from the cloud.) You do notice that all of the eye-creatures are down, and not moving.
Readied attacks
Brock and Umeven both release their readied attacks. A blast of fire, as well as an arrow, both strike the nearest slaad, dealing damage. (Umeven, is there a way you get sneak attack if you do not have advantage an no allies are within 5 feet? We can use your last attack, with its critical, but just wanted to verify if sneak attack should be applied or not.)
Slaads
As you can now see the slaads, you see the wounds on them closing, both of them looking less injured as poison, acid, fire, arrow, and dagger wounds are healed. Both of the slaads lift a hand, sending a mote of flame sizzling through the air to explode near the skeletal warhorse. All but Umeven and Kallandra... DC 15 Dex save, 24 fire damage. Second DC 15 Dex save, 21 fire damage. Both slaads move then, one going East and the other going West.
Slaad2, as it is calling up the power of its spell, suddenly feels that power disappear as Yashin waves a hand in negation. (You can ignore the second fireball. Please roll saves for the first though.)
Kallandra, soaring above the battle, notices the two slaads in the process of casting some spell. With all the quickness of her elven heritage, she attempts to counter the magic of the first creature.
Grishkar winces for a moment as the fiery Missiles coming at him. However, he nearly laughed as he saw them fizzle and dissipate midair. He then urges him minions forward toward the reptilian enemies.
"If you won't let me have my fun, then I'll have to find new ways!" With Grishkar's newest incantation, the air around him shifted and swirled as if seen across a great heat. When the few moments of casting finished, the shimmering air stretched itself before the Slaadi and coalesced into a brilliant wall of swirling color.
((Moving the squad 20' forward, Casting Hypnotic Pattern centered on the Slaadi. DC 19 WIS save or they are both Charmed and Incapacitated for 1min))
((Assuming at least 1 success))
"Do be careful! I've made them a bit more compliant, so make your efforts efficient."

Updated Map
You are all up now, feel free to post actions. If you wish to follow initiative order, to keep from being confused, here it is...
Grishkar > Kallandra > Brock > Ichika > Ssej > Umeven > Yashin > death slaads
Yashin uses his reaction and casts counterspell at the nearest creature, attempting to eliminate a fireball.
Slaad2, as it is calling up the power of its spell, suddenly feels that power disappear as Yashin waves a hand in negation. (You can ignore the second fireball. Please roll saves for the first though.)
Kallandra private roll: 32, 1-50 = 1, 51-100 = 2

"Alright everyone we got them on the run. One more push should finish the job," says Brock walking behind Sejji.
