Brock You do not have the movement to go from your current position and get to the door of the inn. You can walk to the South and get out of the fire area, taking 22 fire damage, which I will say you do. From there you cannot reach the outside of the inn with a misty step, so you can either misty step somewhere inside the chamber, or take a dash action to walk somewhere inside of it. Just tell me where you end up, but it will still be inside the tavern. If you want to be outside of it, you can do a dash action and get out the door, you simply cannot do so with a misty step and normal move action. If you do this, then you still take the fire damage listed above, but you will be outside without any action left. Again just tell me where you end up.
I would like to have your placement, so will wait for a response before posting next enemy actions.

Action: Cast Fire Shield choosing a chill shield. Movement: Through the fire, outside the inn to B-11. Dex save because he walks through the fire: 6. Once outside, he will try to see if there's anyone who looks like they could have cast such a powerful spell. Free Action, hopefully? Perception: 12.

Kerah Creates a shimmering shield of blue energy around himself, then strides through the wall of fire and out the front door. He notices a fertive figure around the corner to the north, peeking out as they mutter words of magic, clearly holding a spell ready.
The fertive figure is a gnome, who holds up a hand, sending a blast of cold down the street... (readied action.) cone of cold DC 14 Con save for half, or take 40 cold damage Ichika, Kerah, and Aio need to make this save.
Tashlyn A woman in full plate comes striding out from around the corner to the north, and, staying close to the tavern, moves South, drawing a greatsword from its sheath across her back. She gives a cocky smile, but does pause, gtaking the dodge action.
Valor is now up. No one has a readied action that can target Tashlyn just yet. She is near the first window, but those inside are unable to see out due to the wall of fire. Those by the second window cannot see her from there, due to the angle.
Aio is hit by the cone of cold and becomes visible as their concentration on Greater Invisibility is broken. They are ooking quite badly injured now, one arrow sticking out of them still,a nd their body half-covered with ice.
Valor moves to step forward, but is suddenly outlined in a radiant glow. A look of peace comes over his face as he glances around. "I am called, fear not for me, I am going to serve my god." Then he is gone.
horn A dwarf female in full plate comes around the corner next. She pauses, casting spiritual weapon and has a mace appear near, and strike at, Kerah To hit: 24 Damage: 8
The dwarf moves closer, then casts sacred flame also targeting Kerah. DC 14 save or take 10 damage.
Getting caught in the flames of the flames from the strange man outside (starsong) Senna curls up in a ball trying to protect herself from the burns.
With people running and casting all around her shes unsure where to go. Senna looks up and disappears only to reappear at C9 but at 90ft above ground still in curled up position. With only a few smaller flames still remaining on her clothes her crystal starts swirling with red and blue tones faster and faster till they merge into a white light. With a burst she streches all limbs opening her eyes which are now glowing with the same light. Her skin visibly lighter as if radianting.
On her back two spectral wings shoot out and hold her floating in the air. Senna looks down to try to see whats going on and will try to locate the man she just saw through the window. Having teleported up she is fairly sure nobody could have noticed her doing that and has the element of surprise as she tries to see whats going on first. Senna will fly slowly to behind the 2 at the door.
Bonus action: using metamagic to cast Dimension Door to move to C9 at 90ft (she would have gone slightly towards outside the building from where she was and up) Movement: flying to c6 to make sure they cant see her Action: Radiant soul to activate her wings and glowing eyes.
In your post Starsong cast she flame wall on Senna. But i dont see him on the map, would Senna be able to see Starsong?
Yes Senna would see both Starsong and Skeemo in the area north of the tavern. I'll put them on the map when I update it. We are currently waiting on Ssej.

Ssej growls at the wall of flames before him, shakes his head in annoyance then leaps through the flames and the window in front of him to land on the ground (C9 - using Slow Fall to negate 50 points of falling damage).

Then he will quickly look around and target the woman in plate that he does not recognize.

Ssej Leaps through the window, then rolls to his feet. (Fall was only like 3 feet, so no damage to worry about there.) He then strikes at the human woman in plate. Both daggers ping off her armor, but the tail strike gets through, though she seems to take it fairly well.
Aio Kneels on the ground, covered with blood and ice. Even so he lifts a hand, speaks words of magic, and casts Haste on Ichika. (He is going to need healing, stat, if we don't want to lose him...)
Senna (You are a glowing person with wings, no one is going to miss you are above them. You are simply too-much for those on the ground to not have noticed.) You do teleport up and out of the tavern, your radiant wings come into being, and you are 90 feet up in the sky, glowing like a second sunrise. starsong Steps out of the area north of the tavern again, this time to hurl insults at Kerah. vicious mockery DC 14 Wis save or take 8 damage and have disadvantage on next attack roll you make. If you make the save no damage and no disadvantage. He then steps back around the corner to the North. (Wow this bard really sucks for spells. Should have changed those up a bit before this battle. Comes from using stock npcs...)

Seeing the figures to the north, he raises the holy symbol embossed on his shield and with a quick prayer to the Storm Lord casts Hold Person targeting both the female and dwarf in plate armor.

Brock hops threw the window as he sees a down Aio he says, "You ain't dying on me today Elf." He casts a subtle aid on Ichigo, Kerah, and Aio at 5th lvl. noticing the dwarf he yells, "You better back off or your going to learn why the call my clan Ironhide."
