Grishkar standard atop the driver's seat of his wagon and whistles to his posse. The shambling forms file out of the vehicle and stand shoulder-to-shoulder before their master, ready to intercept any threat to him. The Necromancer then draws a tome from his pack. The black leather is bound with crimson steel banding, and a skull wreathed in droplets of blood adorn the cover. As he breaks free the metal bands, the book rises almost with a mind of its own. In his other hand, the Necromancer brandishes his ornate cane like a lord bearing a scepter of office.
"Do you hear me?!" Grishkar shouts to the hill, "I am the envoy of the hand of death! Where my will demands, life shall wither. Come now and see your own doom!" The elevated position and small mob at his feet bolstered the haggard man's bravado. "The first head I see over that hill gets taken from its shoulders!"

Ichika jumps to her feet, she holds out her glaive and closes her eyes briefly, and softly mutters a word under her breath. The polearm in her hand burst into bright, blazing flames, lighting the ground around her. She opens her eyes again, focused, and looking for the approaching dangers.
Ssej grins with satisfaction at the upcoming battle and prepares for the fight with the trolls.
He focus's his thoughts inwards calling upon his dragon ancestor as his hands burst into flame. He will then move out in front of the group and hide behind a tree waiting for the trolls to crest the hill. All the while looking in the opposite direction the trolls are coming from to see if anything comes that way.
Draconic Disciple:
• Your unarmed strike can do acid, cold, fire, lightning, or poison damage instead.
As Kallandra summons forth a fire elemental, Ssej moves to hide behind a tree, and cause his fists to burn with flame, and Grisnar stands up, calling out forecuflly to the trolls, the raven continues to circle overhead. It lets Grishnar know the trolls heard, and are still coming. (This was your surprise round, with you all being able to prepare.
I forgot to put the hill on the map before. I added a square green area now. That denotes the hill the trolls are hidden from view behind. They all have full cover from the group of you at the start here, but that will change soon.
Ichika Runs ahead, heading towards the trolls.
TR6 Pushes his way through some of his buddies and moves further towards the road.
Tr7 Runs past his fellow trolls and rounds the end of the hill, coming into view of the full group of you now.
ooc: So I can plan if necessary, who controls the fire elemental Kallandra summoned? You or I? Some DMs handle those creatures themselves and others have the players.
I will let the player who summoned the elemental run them, same with the zombies and the warhorse skeleton. Thanks for asking. Ssej is now on the map as well, sorry for missing that.
Yashin Strides confidently forward, passing by the zombies, and then stops, sending a blast of flame at the troll ahead. The troll dodges the fire nimbly enough, though looks a bit less-than-happy, giving an angry growl, as the flames skim too-close to its green hide.
tr2 Pushes past his companions and turns the courner around the hill, rushing towards the group of you. (Took dash action.)
tr5 Pushes past TR6, but not able to round the hill, even with a dash.
(Boss how bad of a hill we talking here? Could I see the middle of the pack if I moved up to t31? I plan to move there anyways, but I wanted to see if I have a clear shot.)

At T31 you can see TR5 clearly, but little of anything else. Maybe some of TR6, with TR1 just barely out of sight.
“You folks need to slow down a bit. I can’t help you if ya run to far ahead,” says Brock moves ahead to t31 noticing Yashin’s miss Brock says, “Not bad lad, but it should be a little more like this.”
Brock points the staff forward and aims, and says a chant. A little orange bead forms at the top of the staff and goes shooting towards the troll pack coming around the hill.
Brock casts fireball on point between ac and ad between row 8 and 9. That should hit troll 5 and 6 and get 3 as a surprise bonus.

Ssej would see his companions move to the left of the small hill so he would attempt to sneak around and get behind the trolls on the right. He would use his move and bonus action to move 100' up to AK19 (using a Ki point to use Step of the wind- Dash to get there.
Then he would use his action to try and hide once more to continue to hide form the trolls.
Umeven Coming onto the battle with the trolls you were tracking, you find the battle below. Please tell me where you enter this combat at on the map, just give me the coordinates you see as your likely point of entrance. The trolls entered from the East and North. You will be able to act next round.
Ssej Sprints North and East, rounding the far side of the hill from the rest of the group, and finding a good hiding space towards the rear of the group of trolls.
Brock Sends a blast of flames into the trolls, hitting two fully, while a third manages to dodge the worst of the flames. None of them are able to regenerate this round though.
tr1 Rushes around the hill and down towards the group. Took the Dash action.

Kallandra drops the magical brazier back into her Bag of Holding. Then with a practiced move, she grabs her Broom of Flying and murmurs the command word as she lands atop the broom, already zooming towards the trolls. As she does, she orders the fire elemental to attach the trolls. She climbs to 10', pulling out a vial of acid as she does. Tossing the vial into the air, she immediately focuses her will on it, making a pushing gesture with the same hand, causing the vial to catapult directly at the the troll in front of her, knowing that if that troll somehow dodges, the one behind it will likely be hit.
Meanwhile, the fire elemental charges forward, dashing to occupy the same space as the nearest troll (tr1).
ooc: TR1 has to make a DEX saving throw, DC21, to avoid the vial of acid. If it fails, it takes 11 bludgeoning damage from the spell and 6 acid damage. If it succeeds, the spell has enough range to reach TR2 with the same consequences. I believe the acid has the same affect on trolls as fire damage.
ooc2: The Fire Elemental will simply end its movement on TR1, doing 1 of fire damage.
Brock stands and has the wizard point out the trolls, "Yep those be trolls, seen enough of them in the Trollmoors."
