He casts disguise self to give himself the appearance of one of the bandits, including the mask. Entering the room with the sleeping figure he tries to wake him by shouting "Hey! You need to get up! Boss wants you, says it's about that thing"

If the Deception check is needed and 10 is not high enough then Osborn will draw on his Pact of the Talisman to add 3 to the roll.
"Gromedark think bandits live here not Aspherer. Maybe bandits know where find Aspherer?"
Gromedark will try to be as quiet as possible as he sneaks closer to the sleeping bandit.

Osborn feels a familiar buzz of excitement as the bandit buys his bluff "Us? He wants you! And he's not happy, he knows what you did"
(Osborn is hoping to either find out some info about the operation here, scare the bandit into abandoning the camp and running away without a fight, or both)
The bandit seems nervous for a second , then starts venting to you. "Well, well, maybe if he gave us any time to build the prison, this wouldn't have happened!"
Gromedark will also remain quiet as Osborn speaks with the bandit.

Once the bandit has disappeared down the tunnel on the right, "Good work Ozzy! Now know they have prison and leader name, Sayseir."
Gromedark will draw one of the bandits poison daggers and use it to point down the tunnel on the right.
"Rush build prison mean bad prison. Maybe they have Aspherer prisoner. Everyone want follow?"

Osborn smiles at Gromedark's compliment, still in disguise. "Those are both excellent deductions, my bugbear friend. Let's see where he takes us, be ready for the 'plan' to go off piste"
Herbert: "An excellent plan, friends." And begins to follow the group deeper into the cave complex.
He whispers to Gromedark; "I could turn you invisible, it would last for about an hour...that way you can be nearer to Osborn should....when something goes wrong..."

Gromedark puts his dagger away momentarily, planning on drawing it again right after, and shakes out his long arms getting ready.
"Gromedark ready for magic." He closes his eyes and holds his breath.

Herbert: reaches out and touches the relatively gigantic bugbear on the lower back with one hand, the nails painted pink. The other hand remains on his staff. Herbert's eyes roll back into his skull momentarily and he begins to talk, words distorted, sounding almost sponge like. (He casts invisibility) After a few seconds he opens his eyes and Gromedark is gone from sight. Herbert blinks hard a couple of times, the effort of casting the spell momentarily draining him.
Then he chuckles; "How can something so massive just disappear? How's that feel, mate? Ready to cause some chaos? Also, no need to hold your breath!"
He looks to Orin; "Us at the back, mate. The cavalry, ready to charge. Well, you can charge, I'll sling spells from afar."

Gromedark exhales and starts to stumble a little, steadying himself by placing a hand on Herbert's shoulder.
"Gromedark can't see feet! Sorry Herbert, Gromedark need adjust his walking little bit. Hard when can't see own feet."
Gromedark tries to sneakily follow Osborn.

The bandit walks into another room, with Osborn following and Gromedark trailing, with a large rock sticking out of one side of the room and on the other side, a boarded up tunnel, with a wood sigh that say, "Do not enter". Another bandit seems to be hiding behind the rock, but settles down when they see the other bandit and disguised Osborn. Another tunnel goes left.
Osborn nods to the hiding bandit confidently, then addresses the one that has been leading him this way "Come on then, let's get in there and sort this out. After you"
The bandit begins walking down the path, sidestepping a trap and walking into another room, this room. Two rocks stand in the middle of them room, a campfire with arcane scribblings under in. Two chests lay in the back of the room. Three people are in this room, all hooded none masked. Two in the back, one elvish. One more figure, also human, a middle age man who looks older is pacing around the fire, muttering two himself. He sees Osborn and the bandit, (with Gromdark behind, submerged in shadow) and asks "What are you two doing here?" In a quick, raspy voice.
