This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Marlyth will treat the wounded area carefully to regain 10 HP (Cure Wounds), then she consumes the final dose of Theki Root when the party members converse with each other. She parts her lips slightly in order to speak out and suggest an obvious yet durable solution, but finally she decides to keep her mouth shut.

(Sorry having a hard time visualizing this.. the Horror was tossed into a large shaft, but fell upwards instead of down? gravity is reversed? and if we were to climb to the figures and the disc, we would be climbing... down? up?)
The 'top' (toward the sky) is closest to the surface of the hill. You would fall up toward it and it was designed as the floor.
Marlyth will wait inside the chamber with angled floor which is possibly the ceiling of the room, and she examines the movements of Calner and Tabaqui so that she may help them immediately if they fail to scale the wall.
Marlyth decides to cast Conjure Animals while using her Totem as a spellcasting focus. A pair of fey creatures appear before her to occupy unoccupied spaces when she whispers to the spirit of the nature:
"σм sαℓ ℓε, αηεscя σм"
One of the creatures assume the form of a Giant Spider, the other spirit transforms into a malevolent Giant Vulture. The tiefling woman commands the spider to help Calner securing the ropes, when the vulture is instructed to scout the space.
It's pretty easy to climb 'down' (skyward) the side of the shaft. It is full darkness, so darkvision is less informative about the color and composition of things, everything being shades of grey. Nevertheless, you can tell the large circle (10ft across) is made of some kind of metal.
There is an inscription. Calner could read it with his comprehend languages still active, but he has to touch the surface for this to work.
IF Calner should decide to touch the metal seal, he learns the following:
Thousands of years ago the Stone of Creation existed in another world in the multiverse, where it had been used and abused by warring mages. To protect the Stone and themselves, the mages of that world locked it in a colossal sphere of stone with two guardians to tend it: a gorgon called Kyrilla and a male human called Kathikon. They swore an oath to their gods to defend the Stone and protect its vault, for the sphere was meant to float, hidden, between various elemental planes of existence until the mages could decide what to do with it.
If the Telekinesis spell doesn't let Calner move horizontally across the ceiling, Marlyth will order the Giant Spider to shoot sticky strands of webbing from its abdomen to grapple him and hold him securely around its body. The spider will climb near the inscription while carrying Calner in its intricate pattern of webbing so that he can touch the scriptures.
"Don't hurt the giant spider, Calner. If you want to escape from the restraint, use a sharp weapon to deal slashing damage to the web."
A giant zombie constrictor snake clings to the wall where it meets the ceiling at the bottom of the shaft. He lunges at the giant vulture.

(Tabaqui could try to pry up the seal. It's pretty heavy, being a 10ft diameter metal disk. It held something once, but whatever once was there is gone now. There are no moving parts to the thing.)
Gravity within the well is always the same direction.
(See updated map: post 1228)
I'm not asking for strength checks or anything for climbing because there are plenty ty of handhold and it doesn't seem like it would be too hard. It would make it hard to attack with a two handed weapon, though.
<I'm assuming Angus can reach the snake and we'll hardware distances if I'm wrong, especially since this map states (though I cropped it out) "not to scale".>

Angus will assist Calner to tie off and will belay him, casting a loop of rope around any handy protuberance that looks sturdy.
Tabaqui will follow Calmer and attempt to climb to the golden disk.

<sorry for the delay. Busy weekend>

Upon reaching the 'floor', Tabaqui will light a torch to better inspect the seal. Is there a mechanism to open it? If so, is the mechanism trapped?

Just to be sure we're clear, that disk is on the floor, which is at once skyward (though you are beneath a hill) and also "Down".
Did anyone go the other way? Did someone climb (against gravity) down further into the ground?
(@Wile_E_Coyote, Yes, the giant vulture went down and was scouting the well.)

Okay, so the vukture flew "up" to the bottom?

Angus has not yet entered the well he was belaying the climbers. Can he reach the snake?
