Whenever the initiative gets to the snake 🐍, it bites the vulture
18 for : 17 piercing damage, and the target must make a DC 15 Constitution saving throw, taking 16 poison damage on a failed save, or half as much damage on a successful one.
and constricts rhe spider 🕷 19for 21 bludgeoning damage, and the target is grappled (escape DC 16). Until this grapple ends, the creature is restrained and the snake cannot constrict another target.
<The local druid author of the Appendix ro Elminster's Ecologies concerning this area refers to the phenomenon of inverted gravity as natural. It's actually a feature of the region, common throughout the undermoor, and not of the magically crafted object from beyond the stars. Weird, right?>
The giant spider makes shrieking noise when the Giant Constrictor Snake murders the giant vulture and constricts him. He aims his abdomen at the mouth of the snake and shoots sticky strands of webbing in order to restrain it.
(By "reach" I meant to be able to attack with a melee weapon, so I hope that's what you meant. If climbing is necessary, he will be unable to use his shield so if you could clarify that, thanks)
Round 1
Angus will batter away at the snake with his longsword,
Longsword First Attack: 11 Damage: 10
Longsword Second Attack: 28 Damage: 19
As the second attack hits, he will burn a 1st level spell slot to make it a Divine Smite, adding 11radiant damage to the hit.
I don't know all the things PCs plan. By this point you might have a means to fly. There were some ropes, if there's a sandbag situation you could have two free hands. I don't know.
The squares are about 5 ft and I'm just counting climbing as 4ft movement same as if it was on a level surface to simplify things, but it would need at least one hand while acting and two while moving unless spider climb or something similar, like riding the conjured spider, though it's presently within 5ft of the snake.

From his position on the wall, Angus can see into room 6:
The floor angles away from you, down to a section of wall that bristles with snagged and cast-off scales and piled dry refuse and remains, collected over hundredsof year.
Relative to his Gravity in the main shaft, the debris in the adjacent room appears to be stuck to the ceiling.
(Angus' Gravity is upside down, room 6 gravity is 'normal')
From the debris emerges a second snake 🐍 , looking very much like the first, tra ea if undeath all about it.
(Does Angus have any lightsource? This thing has darkvision and blindsense, it's fine.)
The giant zombie constrictor attempts to bite, then constrictor Angus
Bite: 9 for : 16 piercing damage, and the target must make a DC 15 Constitution saving throw, taking 17 poison damage on a failed save, or half as much damage on a successful one.
Constrict: 24for 18 bludgeoning damage, and the target is grappled (escape DC 16). Until this grapple ends, the creature is restrained and the snake cannot constrict another target.
(@Brian_Avery, can you make a case for an explanation of why telekinesis targeting Calner does not result in him being restrained?)
It actually made sense as round 2, since both spells require an action to cast, TK round 1, scorching rays in round 2. Just might need to be at DA if he is restrained. TBD.
Tabaqui fires at the snake, just at the edge of his visual range, and manages to hit the decaying creature in the belly. As it attacks the vulture and the spider, he watches while he draws the next arrow and fires again at the snake. Once more, his arrow finds its mark.
Angus' torch is perfectly adequate, I'm just failing to keep track of these things. He could reasonably tie it to himself or something as he climbs, I'm not crazy strict, just making sure he has something, (human tax and all).
<And yes, in this game PCs win initiative on a tie vs NPCs>
As the second snake attacks Angus, he hacks at scary rotting flesh, landing a solid blow (Angus is 5fr from snake 1 and snake 2, so it's really up to him which one he hits.)
Snake 1 continues to attack the spider. (If it falls to the bite, the constrict attack goes to Angus)
Bite 26 for 20 piercing damage, and the target must make a DC 15 Constitution saving throw, taking 22 poison damage on a failed save, or half as much damage on a successful one.
Constrict. 26 for 20 bludgeoning damage, and the target is grappled (escape DC 16). Until this grapple ends, the creature is restrained and the snake cannot constrict another target
Marlyth will cast Moonbeam that should affect the first snake in order to deal Radiant Damage, and it creates a 40 ft high cylinder with 5 ft radius filled with scorching ray. Creatures situated in that area must make a Constitution Saving Throw against DC 14 or receive 13Radiant Damage, on a successful save they receive a half of the total damage. Besides, they are affected by the spell at the start of each turn.

The spider misses. (Ranged attacks at DA, snake within 5ft)
Angus' second strike hits. (What is his lightsource? Or was that with DA? (I can't see rolls at the moment).
Tabaqui can post round 1 and 2 actions. Calner is up for round 1 and Angus will act again before the snake goes round 2 initiative.
From his position on the wall, Angus can see into room 6:

Snake 2 initiative 19
Round 2
The giant zombie constrictor attempts to bite, then constrictor Angus
Bite: 9 for : 16 piercing damage, and the target must make a DC 15 Constitution saving throw, taking 17 poison damage on a failed save, or half as much damage on a successful one.
Constrict: 24for 18 bludgeoning damage, and the target is grappled (escape DC 16). Until this grapple ends, the creature is restrained and the snake cannot constrict another target.
Tabaqui and Calner are still up for round 1.
Angus is up round 2
In case Angus doesn't have a light source, here's the bite attack advantage roll. Ignore if Angus can see.
18
(Or just ignore anyway)
(sorry 😐)
Tabaqui round 1
From the floor of the room he will string his short bow and fire an arrow up at the snake he will repeat this action again in round two.
First Shortbow Attack: 26 Damage: 10 + 17 sneak attack damage
Second Shortbow Attack: 22 Damage: 6 + 20 sneak attack damage
(I was assuming this light source but is it not enough?)
Angus round 2
(Assuming this is before he is grappled)
Once again he will hack at the nearest serpent.
Longsword First Attack: 28 Damage: 19
Longsword Second Attack: 21 Damage: 8

<Snake 2 actions already posted.>
(Giant Spider's Turn: Round 2)
The Giant Spider drops to zero hitpoint after receiving Piercing Damage from the bite attack.
(Marlyth's Turn: Round 2)
Marlyth will cast Moonbeam that should affect the first snake in order to deal Radiant Damage, and it creates a 40 ft high cylinder with 5 ft radius filled with scorching ray.
