Although Escobert's axe misses, the psychic blades draw more blood from the drake. Geri is clearly wheezing and barely standing.

"I think this drake is going down" yells Cale. "Kiari, fancy an easy finish?"

Kirari nods and grins at Cale, "Yes, lets finish this."  

She holds up her hands ringing imaginary bells in the air and whispering the call to death at the Drake in Draconic.  

Toll the dead for 7 of damage.  (d12 as injured)

Geri drake cringes when it hears the bells: WIS 15

Geri shakes off the spell and roars loudly at Kiari.

Gerry drake then goes to attack Travis with a bite - Attack: 12 Damage: 7 

The roper holds its action as it watches the battle closely.

Thaddeus again points the crossbow at the drake attacking Travis. “Get back you beast!” 21 to hit for 8 piercing damage. The professor backs away to keep distance from the drakes should they attempt to turn on him.

Unfortunately, Thaddeus' bolt bounces off a particularly scaly part of the drake's back.

Geri drake then attacks Cale with a bite - Attack: 10 Damage: 10 

Escobert swings again at Geri with his axe - Attack: 10 Damage: 2

Kiari snarls back with some sort of Draconic insult regarding its lack of a tail and positions herself for another attack. 

@DM How badly injured does Geri appear to her?  {Percentage wise?}  and how far away from him is she?

Geri misses Cale, and Escobert times his swing just a little late, and the drake narrowly gets out of the way to hear Kiari's insult. Its brow furrows with rage.

While clearly enraged, Geri is also limping quite badly with only about 10% if its health remaining while Gerry looks to be at close to full health with quick movements and keen eyes.

Cale dodges Geri's attack with a smooth sidestep. "Hah! Time to check out"

Attack 1 Attack: 22 Damage: 7  psychic

Attack 2 (Bonus action)  Attack: 16 Damage: 6  psychic

If there is a friendly within 5ft of Geri then the first hit does 7  sneak damage

Hoping that Cale has Geri handled, Kiari directs her attention to Gerry and again in Draconic.  "You have lasted long in this battle, but your time has come!"  She reaches out for the creature to grasp firmly and sends Necrotic energies through her fingers.  inflict wounds  Attack: 9 Damage: 22

With Kiari within 5ft of Geri, Cale is able to deftly deliver the killing strike as psychic blades sizzle between the drake's shoulder blades causing Geri to crumple to the floor.

Gerry roars at the death of its fellow drake and growls at Kiari hearing her words. The necrotic energies  slam hard into Gerry as it takes damage.

Gerry attacks back at Kiari with a bite - Attack: 21 Damage: 6 

Eager to be on the winning side, the Roper also attacks the drake with Reel, and now caught up in its octopus-like tendrils, the drake is right next to Roger (about 15 feet away from the party). "You will be a tasty snack, drake!" says Roger

Thaddeus blanches as the roper grabs the drake. “Oh… uh… enjoy your meal Mr. Roper.” He tries not to be sick as the tentacles wrap around the drake. He takes a halfhearted aim at the drake with his crossbow and is mostly avoiding thinking about being eaten alive by that… thing.

15 crossbow shot for 9 piercing damage.

Kiari sees the Roper grasp hold of the drake seemingly grappling and reeling it in for a meal and grins.  Pleased to have an ally in the Roper, though still cautious.  It seems a creature of opportunity. 

Cale's mouth drops open as the roper joins in on their side: "Yeah, this is...totally normal..." 

He looks bemused but happy for the help

The Professor's bolt strikes the very surprised drake and sticks out of its arm as it tries to start wriggling free.

Escobert is a bit baffled and calls out to the roper saying, "Do you need some help, lad? Or do you prefer the meal...fresh?!"

Roger calls back with, "This one is a fighter, so maybe some help wouldn't be so bad!"

Escobert nods and strides over to the roper about 15 feet away from the rest of the group. He attacks the drake with his axe - Attack: 5 Damage: 3

(OCC: oops, I meant to give Escobert advantage since the drake is restrained, but I usually let mistakes go in favor of the player (NPC in this case), and this was a critical hit! Everyone can roll advantage against the drake from here out)

Kiari focuses on the held drake and again rings invisible bells into the air.  

 toll the dead  10  necrotic damage as wounded.  Wisdom save 12

Cale skips up to the drake and tries to dispatch it, declaring to the roper "Bon Appetite!"

Blade 2 (bonus action) Attack: 17 Damage: 4  psychic 

The first attack to hit inflicts an extra 3  damage for sneak attack
