Kiari is able to pocket those items without folks noticing as she joins Cale and Inglenook in the pen. (Let me know if I am missing anyone).
The professor would see mercenaries taking bags over to a makeshift treasury bu the other guard tower (northeast of your current position by the entry in the camp to the west).
The whole group would see the circular huts that dot the camp and mercenaries and cultists going about their business.
Kirari mumbles a weak profanity at Thaddeus and makes her way back near to the Half-elf tied up and collapses to the ground to 'rest'. As she settles to the ground, she whispers over to him. "Would you be one called Leosin?" Eyeing the Half-elf remembering the description mentioned a dark beard.

Not wanting to mob 'Leosin', Cale hangs by a group of prisoners and tries to blend in. Once he gets a sign from Kiari that the elf is indeed their target, he will edge over to try to release him.
Travis glances about the camp before returning to the loot. Perception 23
He then goes over to the loot and begins hefting piles of stuff to bring to the leader. As he does so, he attempts to secure the shield and stow it, as if he has more or less on his back all along. He does his best to cover it with his cloak.
Inglenook remains quiet apart from grunting at the appropriate moment whilst being herded into the pen.
When he realises that they have found Leosin, he whispers to Kirari and Cale whilst removing a small crystal, with a mechanism attached to it's side, from his pocket. "I can message one of the others provided they are within sight, it will be sent as a whisper, and they can reply."
"This method is not exhaustive so I can keep using it. Shall I let them know we have found Leosin?"
Kiari sees now that the half-elf does have a dark beard (though partially shaved off; maybe due to some interrogation), and he looks in pretty bad shape with tattered clothing and bruises. He flashes a look of recognition from the use of the name "Leosin," but he hesitates to respond...
Keeping his alert stance, Cale sees the dragonborn Travis fought in Greenest striding across the camp toward the cave at the eastern side - Cyanwrath! He is accompanied by a human woman who is dressed like a cultist, but her bright purple robes and overall demeanor suggest she is a leader in camp. He is lucky enough to hear the nearest kobold say, "Hail, Tiamat, boss Mondath and boss Cyanwrath!" Both ignore the kobold entirely and keep walking over to the cave on the far side.

Looking around, the professor sees where the “loot” should go and motions Travis in that direction. He begins moving the mules that way and looks about at the camp as they go.

Kirari watches for a moment where the guards are not observing so closely and whispers as she unties the half-elf. "You might wish to look still injured and secured, but I will do my best to relieve some of this discomfort. We were sent by friends." As she reaches for his binds, her hand brushes his and she casts cure wounds trying to hide her actions in a show of weariness, not overly dramatic as she knows she is not good at this sort of thing.
Thaddeus sees a pretty straight line over to one of the caves by the guard tower where the mercenaries are taking the loot. There is a lone kobold at the mouth of the small cave trying its best to sort the loot into different piles (coins versus armor, etc.). (Could I get a Deception or Performance check from Travis?)
Kiari is able to cure wounds on Leosin without being detected and the half-elf shows a clear sign of relief on his face. He whispers to Kiari:
"Thank you for your kindness and the trouble it took to get you here. I still have much to learn about the cult and what Mondath is up to here, so I cannot be rescued just jet. A couple of caves to the north east hold loot, but I want to know what is in the eastern cave that is on a round-the-clock guard."
Seeing that Kiari is tending to the elf and that there seems to be a lax approach to observing the prisoners, Cale wanders over and taps the half orc, saying "The dragon Trav fought and some kind of boss lady just went into a cave to the east. We could try to take them down, or just scarper now with our man here"
He checks Leosin to see if he is bound our chained.
She rests a moment near Leosin, then stands again with much help from the fencing and moves back towards the others. If she is able to release his bindings while sitting there, she will do so unless he prefers otherwise. (what sort of bindings are they if she can see?)
Whispering to the others as she leans on one for 'support', "He's not ready to go yet. Still learning what he can about one named Mondath? There is a Northeastern cave holding loot, but another with a round-the-clock guard to the east that he is most interested in."
Kiari is able to see that Leosin is tied with leather straps. He resists a bit when you try to untie him, and he says, “There is a small knife in my boot if you need it, but I would rather not leave without the information about that cave..”
Cale is able to unlatch the pen from the inside, and so far the deception is working well; folks do not seem to be any wiser in camp.
Surprised at the lax security, then emboldened but still cautious, Cale lets himself out and re-latches the prison, then sneaks over to the east cave for a better look.
Kirari hesitates, "Leave you tied? I will if you wish it." She'll leave his bonds on as requested, pondering why he's the only one tied.
Looking back at the others, she notes Cale's absence and looks about for him but subtly knowing the human is a stealthy one so is not terribly concerned.
@DM
my impression is that he prefers to remain tied to maintain the disguise as a prisoner. If he'd like to be untied but left in the pen, she will do that instead.
Inglenook whispers to Kirari, "Cale's gone off wandering again." And then he introduces himself to the half-elf, freeing himself of bindings with a quick shake. "Who or what is Mondath? And why are you so interested in him?" And are you Leosin? We've come to help so your honesty would be appreciated."
It would seem like Leosin would like to keep up appearances as a prisoner, but seeing more rescuers, he may be beginning to change his mind.
Leosin thanks Kiari, but then with Inglenook's questions, he gently smiles and says, "Mondath is the cultist left in charge of this camp. I allowed myself to get taken in this raid to learn why the cult is changing tactics so suddenly, though the hospitality has left much to be desired." He winces as his still healing ribs. He continues by saying, "Mondath works closely with a dragonborn named Cyanwrath. They have been tasked with creating a 'hoard fit for a dragon' and are taking the most valuable items to a cave to the east. I see it is on a round-the-clock-guard and Mondath goes in with the highest ranked cultists every few hours. I wish I could learn more, but now I fear I have put you and your friends in grave danger. Are you good at disguises? Many of the prisoners here would be put out on a work detail tomorrow and few rarely come back. Maybe we could ask someone to take my place...Or do you have another idea?"
@Cale
Thankfully, you are still undetected as you swiftly glide among the tents. You would see a fairly large tent near the mouth of the cave decorated with the same dragons, albeit much bigger, than the carvings Kiari found on the road. The cave mouth is difficult to see into, but the kobolds are having a rather loud argument right in front of it: "Do you think the boss will let us see the dragon when it hatches?? I bet they are as big as Cyanwrath when they hatch!!" says one. "Quiet, you! You talk too much!!" says the other.
Kirari smiles at Inglenook's comment, apparently the Rogue just let himself out. Why didn't I think of that?
As Leosin finishes speaking she tries to remember which of them was best at disguises hoping it wasn't Cale. "I think the prisoner exchange might be a good idea. Maybe we could all get in on it?" then catching on something else that was said. "Do they HAVE a dragon?? Or is there a stronger Dragonborn they are trying to impress?"

@DM if she is able to cast 9 for the cure.
