Zensiro knows that with his magic blade and his mark in effect, he must press the attack against Akro. "Hurren, hold the line here, but rejoin us if these possessed guests are too powerful." He will then call out as he's running down toward Akro, "Skrach, be careful and remember your berries! Let me know if you need more!"
Assuming Zensiro can close to melee range with his movement, he will attack with each scimitar.
Flint heads down the stairs, dodging party guests and following the cambion to the main floor. As he gets within 15 feet of Akro, he taps into his elemental magic and a thunderwave of energy bursts from him, driving into Akro.

Akro then rounds on Zensiro, drawing his spear. Akro will make a 2 handed attack to hit; 27 dealing 7 piercing damage.
Akro will strike at Flint next, 18 dealing 8 piercing damage.
The hybrid Dragonborn will use his lightning breath weapon on Hurren . Dex 15 save or suffer 9 lightning damage.
The Half-Orc-Lizard hybrid will attempt to bite Malachi 19 / 7 dealing 12 bludgeoning damage. (Forgot pack tactics advantage; also can't get advantage to parse, pardon the messy dice rolls)

Heeding Flint's instruction the wolf form begins to retract (bonus action) and disengage (action) from the Dragonborn. Skrach pulls himself clear and say to the snakes "Go help flint my lovelies"

You swing twice. The first swing connects, the hybrid hissing as your maul connects with a satisfying *thud*. The hybrid is expecting the second swing and is able to narrowly dodge.
Hurren will once again attack the Dragonborn with his spear, swinging for his head, seeking to render him unconscious. If the first attack does not succeed, he will follow with another kick to the back of the knee. If on the other hand the dragonborn is incapacitated, he will direct his second attack toward the half-orc minion.
The spear lands squarely on the temple of the hybrid Dragonborn; unfortunately, being on its last legs, and having such an accurate hit to the head, the Dragonborn falls lifeless to the floor, the damage enough to extinguish it.
On guard from the attack from Flint, the lizard hybrid jumps as you sweep the leg. The hybrid is now arching and considering which of you to attack.

The lizard goes to bite the snake, but stops. The lizard hybrid wheezes, and the poison takes affect as the hybrid collapses.

Akro points a hand at Zensiro and Malachi "Gladiz zurzum kuluz; filthy little sneak" Akro makes 2 attacks of fire ray.
Zensiro:

Growling at the rest of the party; Akro did not expect his minions to be defeated so easily, Akro ascends into the air 30 feet to escape melee range.
The party looks around and a few of the hybrid creatures, namely a boar-dwarf hybrid, a Goliath-bear hybrid, and a wolf-human hybrid have now taken an interest in the party.
The Goliath hybrid locks on to flint and roars.
The dwarf-boar charges forward at Hurren, and makes an attack with its tusks. Tusks attack for 7. On a success, the tusks deal 10 damage.

Zensiro is caught flush by the ray of flame flashing from Akro's hand. Staggered and badly wounded, he will attempt one last attack with the magic scimitar before seeking higher ground and healing.
Scimitar of Wounding - attack: 19, damage: 12 w/bonus 1d4 for Favored Foe and intention to wound again.
Bonus Action: Misty Step Zensiro teleports up to the landing on the second level, at least temporarily out of Akro's immediate reach.
Object Interaction: Eat 5 goodberries to regain 5 HP! Having moved to safety, he will quickly eat a handful of goodberries to restore some vitality.
Malichi will Dash down the stairs and across the room trying to draw Acro's fire, helping whoever is attacking as a distraction.

It did. With two-weapon fighting you don't get the damage bonus from Dex so it's 1d6+1d6.
I realized I did forget to make the DC 10 Con save to maintain Concentration on Hunter's Mark since I took damage, so I'll do that now.
