Robin wouldn't be trying to be sneaky as they approach the manor. She would be moving in that direction, more than a bit interested with the talking sheep, glancing back over her shoulder at them as she walks.
Baudric moves towards the door and knocks, "I can't see any reason not to be polite. Worst case, nothing happens, best case, we give a good impression."
Robin gives the goat a surprised wave over her shoulder, then turns and follows the others to the door. "Yes, knocking is always a good idea, if you don't want to start things off on a bad foot."
The ghost vanishes from his seat and appears outside. "I'm the master of the marsh. Why are you here? Why don't you leave?"
Keldon backs up from the door to give the ghost space. “I’m sorry. We need some help. So we went looking for a ghost. But the goats talked and I sort of forgot why we needed the help… do you know your goats can talk? It’s amazing. I want one. But that’s not the help we wanted. I think we wanted a sword. A big, mean sword. For killing a vampire.”

The goat nods. "There's just one ghost. Master Ulrich is inside the manor if you'd like to speak to him."
I have an intelligence of six, I know what I'm doing.
(Are the goats speaking common or are they using some sort of animal speach? Just want to make sure I know what is going on there...)
Keldon heads for the manor. “Thanks, goats.”

"You're welcome," the speaking goat replies and the others bleat what sounds like a similar response.
