(Sorry, I know this three dimensional 'theater of the mind' can be difficult to visualize. The chamber is a 100-foot diaameter sphere. The center of the web and the sphere is near to where the paralyzed characters were hanging. Thus, Dyumi was 50' off the ground (Having just freed Amelia). Zensiro and Malichi each used a whole turn's action and movement to reach the ground. So, the druid would need either to postpone that attack till round 3, or else make a ranged attack instead.)
Round 2 Summary: One untied spider, possibly damaged, and one still-tied spider, trying hard to appear dead.
Cerlinde's and Zensiro's elven spidey-sense begins to tingle, and they both notice on the southern side of the chamber that a large circular section of the wall is starting to glow faintly.

(I don't quite know where Zithers is in this theater of the mind, other than up in the webbing I think next to Malichi's former cocoon, so forgive me if i make some distance mistakes)
Zithers will use his movement to move 30 ft closer to the unbound/possibly damaged spider, and try out his new amulet, attempting to cast toll the deadon it. (intelligence check for dark shard amulet: 9--- wisdom save DC for spider: 14, possible damage: 3)

(Oof, I think Round 1 was Zensiro's dash down the web + Hunter's Mark to S1, Round 2 was firing longbow at S1, so I'm up to Round 3.)
(Round 3)
After his graceful pirouette away from the charging arachnid and seeing Dyumi's death from above attack with a handaxe, Zensiro moves to finish off the lively beast.
Bonus Action - refocus Hunter's Mark on S5, the spider that charged him and was hit by Dyumi's handaxe
Longbow - attack: 13 vs. S5, damage (piercing): 16 w/Hunter's Mark
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Round 3 (so far)
The last active spider, S5, gets one more chance to go out in a blaze of glory. It charges Zensiro once again, determined to leave its mark on the world before its inevitable exit. (Attack: 12 Damage: 4 + 9poison, DC 11 CON saving throw for half damage).
Immediately afterwards it is sent to the ancestral webs of the arachno-afterlife by the one-two elven punch of Zensiro and Cerlinde.
As you gaze with interest and a little amusement at its sole surviving companion 'playing possum', you are pretty sure that spiders don't sweat, but it looks remarkably like this one is forging ahead into new anxiety territory.
Meanwhile, the section of the southern wall that was glowing faintly has now brightened, and a swirl of magical energy that would look to you like a spiral galaxy if any of you were astronomers, develops within the rock, and begins to rotate and pick up speed.
Before long, the spinning mana has dissolved all the rock in a perfect 30 foot diameter circle, and standing there facing you with hands outstretched and a look of concentration is a familiar figure, the brigganock Amos.
Slowly opening his eyes and straightening up, he looks about with curiosity, surveying the scene of violence littered with silken cords, spider corpses, and your disheveled crew.
"Blimey," the mousy giant exclaims, "What in the parsnips 'as 'appened 'ere? Are ye all alive 'n well?"He looks around, mentally counting the party. "Hm, I thinks that's all of ye. Ye came in waves, I mights be overlookin' someone.
"I heard tell Nod and Chauncey was taken by 'er Majesty there,"he nods at the dead queen. "And I hustled over, but I sees ye had the situation in 'and... although..."
He takes note of the snail still shell-withdrawn and whimpering, and looks around for his vain friend. "Where is Chauncey?"
Spotting him still struggling in his cocoon he laughs, "Ye can't go back to yer childhood, Chaunce!" and then looks at you, a bit disapprovingly. "Ye just left him there?? And what 'appened to Nodders?" He points at the snail, and then notices the cowering upside-down spider. "And what did ye do to 'im??"
Several uncomfortable seconds pass.....
Then the briggandock bursts into loud laughter, "Hehehe, I would've left the flutterby too, the prissy rascal! Teach 'im a little humility, maybe, though more likely just irritate 'im. So... win-win! And don't worry none about Noddy, 'e'll be fine with a little food and a serenade or two from Toad. As to the spider, though, that be a new one fer me."
He points upwards at the butterfly's silky prison, and a glowing knife appears and neatly slices through the webbing, releasing the nonplussed Chauncey, who stretches his wings and flutters down, landing haughtily, and turning his back on the party.
Amos just shrugs and chuckles. He walks up to the inverted arachnid, releases it from your rope without cutting, and kneels down, speaking soothingly to him. He is silent for a moment, then turns to you.
"Says 'is name's Erkel," the briggandock chuckles. " 'e wants to know if yer gonna eat 'im."
Dyumi backs away a few steps, hoping to avoid an uncomfortable conversation with the sole surviving spider. Comforting someone over the loss of their family when you are responsible for said loss of family is a bit tricky, even for someone who can communicate with spiders.

Amelia maneuvers herself back onto the ground. "I don't think that was in the plan," she says. "He doesn't look very appetizing. Even if his family seemed to think I did."
Cerlinde says “Thanks Amos for coming- and I’m sorry Chauncey, I wanted to make sure it was safe before you came out. As for the spider- if he will leave us alone it can go free. We were just defending ourselves and rescuing friends. We like spiders, they help control pes.” She pauses abruptly, without finishing the word, suddenly concerned about the present company. “Err. … I mean spiders are part of the natural world”.
Now face to face with a creature unlike any he's seen before, Zensiro simply stares in wonderment while Amos takes an assessment of the scene. Finally, after Amelia and Cerlinde chime in, he regains sufficient composure to say in Sylvan, acting on a hunch, "Excuse me, good sir, I don't believe I've made your acquaintance, although perhaps it was your beetle that carried me to these other fine folks here. My name is Zensiro Qualanthri, I remain a humble servant of the leShay High Lady Ordalf of Sarifal, despite being far from that place now. I'm not familiar with your kind, although you have the mien of the Fey. I have spent a little time in the Feywild, but not burrowing in the soil, so please forgive me if I'm mistaken." Continuing in Common, "I'm sorry about your friends' slightly prolonged captivity, but dealing with the mass of spiders took longer than we would have liked, and as Cerlinde said, we needed to secure the area before freeing them. It is regrettable that the spiders could not be reasoned with. It may be that under the sway of that queen, they were more aggressive than one would normally expect from a wolf spider."
Amos smiles down at Zensiro (being about 4 times taller than the elf) and says in Sylvan, "Ah, finally someone who knows how to speak a proper language. Salutations, my good elf. I'm afraid my accent in Common is pretty thick, but most people seem to understand me. You are correct, my home is the Feywild. As I told your companions prior to your arrival, my friend Toad the Campestri and I fell through a portal and ended up here in your charming town about a year ago."
Switching back to Common, he continues, "Don't worry yourself none about Chaunce, pretty elf. If'n he'd pay more attention to 'is surroundin's and less attention to 'is own reflection, he'd've avoided capture in the first place. As fer that Queenie, she was a nasty 'un, them spiders didn't 'ave much of a chance to carry on peaceful lives. Plus, it's their nature... they have to eat. Still," he looks up at the buzzing half-corpses hanging around the web, "This is pretty awful. I says we just burn the whole thing and put 'em outta their misery.
"Exceptin' Erkel, of course. You, little buddy, can come stay wit' me if'n ye like, until we finds ye a newhome. C'mon Nod, let's go. You too, Chauncey." Hearing the familiar safe voice, Nod slowly emerges one eyestalk, then the other, and the rest of his head and front end follows. The butterfly walks regally down the new tunnel Amos created, back to his friend's home. Erkel pauses nervously, watching you, then scuttles after the others.
The Briggandock looks around the room, shaking his head. "You guys ready to move out? Got everything you want before I torch it? Then yer all welcome to come spend a long rest at me home before ye head out tomorrow. Hey! I's just remembered, I found a new contraption of Erastus' that ye might find useful. Come and see...."
Before all burns down, Zithers would like to search the webs for all shiny objects, if not for a contraption, at least for some profit off Erastus' shrunken slip-up. (investigation 22 if needed)
Zithers views this new discovery a pleasant surprise, (although hes prideful enough he will make many claims off of how he could've made an invention to save everyone, no matter the helpfulness of this newfound invention) so he will go at the front of the group.
Cerlinde helps search for objects of interest or value 37 assuming help from others.
“sounds good to me Amos. Thank you!” She says.
