Dornikal's javelin lands short, as the only one he can get a look at is inspecting the far edge of Zokk's spikes. Randy sends an arrow past it, before piercing it with the second, dropping the creature.
Zokk scoots back up and throws a couple darts. Disadvantage on both: 25 and 10.

"I giiivee siiignaal tooo threeeee theeeen weee caaan goooo iiiin." Zokk holds up his twig hand and makes a 1, 2, then 3 on his hand. On three he will stop concentrating on spike growth.
((Since we're playing fairly loose with turn order, I'll say that everyone can still go after Zokk, before the bugs. Doesn't require an action to drop it, per spell description, so you have your full turn Zokk. If you want to let others go first, you can Ready an Action?))
((Ignore the fire, it was out of sight until I needed it, but forgot to move it. Zokk is Dodging, but Dornikal has an action and bonus action after his movement.))

The bug goes down quickly under Dornikal's blade, judging from the pale fluid staining the sand around its legs, Zokk's spikes got things started for the dwarf.

((Oops, I did a bad job on the fog of war reveal, it goes up to a ceiling there, Squad Z was previously hiding there since they are off the map behind Ulmwin.))
((Ulmwin has visual on the one to the west of Dornikal and Zokk, it's at about 75 ft, and if he were to move to the entrance his 25 ft, he'd have visual on that one and the one above it too.))
