This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Vrah looks over at Buppido and his eyes go red as he rages within and then moves swiftly over to him and when within 10' he brings up his axe and with two hands he brings it crashing down on his head.
In the dark cavern, as Buppido slashes at already dead Drow corpses, shouting "Die Drow, die!", if it were lighter you would see the line of Petmailer's jaw get tighter, his jaw clenching and his hand gripping into a fist. They didn't know what they were doing. Just doing their duty. Their bodies do not deserve dishonor.
When Vrah makes his move, Petmailer says softly "Yes. Let's end this. Giving us away..." He comes from behind Buppido and stabs him with his short sword, then his dagger. "Fool!" is the only thing he says to him.
Short sword : Attack: 14 Damage: 6
Dagger, off hand : Attack: 19 Damage: 4

A wizard is never late, nor is he early, he arrives precisely when he means to.
Even as the darrow is starting to kick the gear she has sorted, Vethna would start to move. As Vrah clubs him, she is stepping up into a flanking position, and driving her rapier into the loud and disrespectful Darrow.
Assume advantage from flanking. To hit is a 25 and damage is 11 normal and 1 sneak attack.
Phodoxia is still looking back at the group when its members converge on the mad derro. She stands there rooted in terror for a moment---after all, she also is a small, aggressive, and often annoying person of a generally disliked and abused race. Buppido has seemed to be a threat to the group's survival. But, who decides what is threatening to the group? She doesn't know any of the group members beyond a day, and some of them are elves. Elves hate goblins.
Phodoxia runs to disappear into the boulder covered landscape of the cavern, and then runs back, making motions to pull the other goblin, Shoowaa, with her, before disappearing once more into the rocks, whether he accompanies her into hiding or not.
I know he's annoying, but if you guys want to attack Buppido, I'll either need a stealth roll for you to sneak up on him and get a surprise attack or we need to roll initiative again.
Shoowaa looks at the party in horror and goes with Phodoxia as they try to converge on the derro. He whispers softly to Phodoxia "Why are they being aggressive to him? He's loud but...does that mean if we get out of line we would be next?"
Phodoxia whispers, in Goblin, to Shoowaa, saying only, "I don't know why, but I am afraid we would be next." The worry is evident in her eyes but she says no more, keeping silence as they hide.
Vrah's stealth allowed him to approach Buppido while he was distracted mangling the corpses. That blow (with the surprise attack element) struck the derro dead immediately, crushing the back of his skull. He falls forward and blood begins pooling around him. We'll assume the other attacks don't happen. We'll also assume Vrah's surprise blow happened before Kisiki would have known to react.
[OOC: It's been a very busy work week, so I didn't respond right away to some of these actions.
A couple of points for future interactions:
1) If we're not in combat and you're going to launch an attack against an enemy, before you attack we need to compare your stealth to their perception or narrate something to explain what gives you the advantage of surprise. If they see you coming, we'll need to roll initiative to see who gets the first strike or if the other party is able to dodge, flee, etc.
2) I don't generally use the optional flanking rule to give advantage.
But for now, Buppido is dead and bleeding out on the ground. No one has heard sounds of any other patrols in the area. You guys can sort out amongst your selves what happens in the aftermath of this encounter.
Kisiki shakes his head. He stares at the dead Derro and merely states: "Today, one claw has trimmed the other, and the hand is weaker for it." He doesn't seem distraught or sad, nor even really disappointed...
Since Shoowaa'sStealth roll of 16 was less than Tanis' passive Perception of 17, I assume Tanis knows where he is but not where Phodoxia is.
He sits down on the ground not far from Shoowaa. Not looking at him or anyone else. Speaking as if to everyone, but clearly intended for the goblins.
"I admit I was very close to killing Buppido myself before Vrah did it, though I was not actually going to. But it was because Buppido is not only reckless, but a killer himself. He is the only one in our group that threatened to kill someone in their sleep, within hours of my arrival as I recall. And he has done nothing - NOTHING - to change that fact about him. If we let him charge out yelling at scouts, then next time, it might be 20 drow that descend on us with Ilvara and Shoor among them. But that by itself is not a reason to kill him. The problem is that he clearly wanted to kill us. Does that justify killing him? I don't know. Probably not."
"But no one attacked him because he is small or because of his race. Surface elves hate drow and probably bugbears more than they hate goblins or derro, but none of us wants to hurt Petmailer or Vrah. Or either of the goblins."
"Still. If the goblins want to go and do not feel comfortable around us, as Topsy and Turvy did not, I would understand that and never try to stop it.
Vrah continues to stare at the lifeless form of Buppido for a few moments before his breathing calms and looks about the group.
"He deserved what he got, sooner or later he would have done the same to one of us. If we had sent him away the drow would be on our trail quickly as there is no way he would not have given us up. If you want me to leave group let me know now, otherwise Sarith pointed in the direction we should leave."

I know he's annoying, but if you guys want to attack Buppido, I'll either need a stealth roll for you to sneak up on him and get a surprise attack or we need to roll initiative again.
Initiative for Phodoxia if needed: 11
Shoowaa looks at the party in horror and goes with Phodoxia as they try to converge on the derro. He whispers softly to Phodoxia "Why are they being aggressive to him? He's loud but...does that mean if we get out of line we would be next?"

Initiative for Tanis, who ironically wasn't expect others to attack. He was only thinking of attacking but hadn't done so: 7
Tanis(Ranger1): Shiverquill's Tempest City | Xarian(Fighter2): NioNSwiper's Tyranny of Dragons
Dyson/Eleo(TwilightCleric4): Vos' Beyond the Veil | Soren(ShepherdDruid5): Bartjeebus' Ravenloft | Ophelia(WildMagicSorcerer4): Ashen_Age's Risen from the Sands
Joren(EchoKnightFighter6): NotDrizzt's Simple Request | Sabetha(MercyMonk3): Bedlymn's Murder Court | Seri(NatureCleric3/DivineSoulSorcerer1): Bartjeebus' Greyhawk
Petmailer stealth : 15
Initiative : 22
A wizard is never late, nor is he early, he arrives precisely when he means to.
Vethna's initiative is 23, her stealth though is 10. Both were rolled int he Game Log.
Vrah Stealth: 14
Vrah Initiative: 5
Initiative: 13
Kisiki will not attempt to hide, he will try to get in the way and stop the violence (assuming his initiative rolls well enough)

Phodoxia is likewise still hiding, tucked away in the shadows of the boulders somewhere.
