He eagerly hops back onto his feet, checking if he was hurt; No, no, we're good, just dirtied up his clothes a bit. It was bound to happen anyways. He grabs onto the rope and climbed his way up, and upon reaching the top, huffs softly. "That was unfortunate, eh? I'm good, I'm good..." He says, quick to give a reassuring smile before jogging up to the group. " Thank you two, by the way, I'll try to be more careful! "
Shazrin inspects the area and and finds that there is a small catwalk that passes through the pit trap. Once you see it, it is easy to traverse. The door isn't trapped. You look into the first room of the fortress.
This circular area is cobbled with cracked granite, upon which sprawl the bodies of four goblins, apparently slain in combat. One corpse stands with its back against the western wall, the spear that killed it still skewering it and holding it upright. Three wooden doors lead from this area. A hollow tower of loose masonry reaches thirty feet into the air, but the intervening floors and stairs are gone, except for a couple of crumbled ledges.
(You are just outside the circular room in the bottom right of the map)
Agnes stands near the rear. She holds her illuminated staff aloft. "Wow. This tower is huge! D'ya think the rooms go all throughout? Who wants t'go first?"
“Mighty is also mighty sneaky!” Mighty declares as he hide behind someone’s leg.
He takes a big breath then readies his two throwing daggers if a goblin or beast should make themselves known. peaking out to have half cover but a clear view, he remarks, “locked and loaded,” with that high pitched kobold twang of his.
He'd look on, growing slightly nervous as he saw the bodies. That definitely wasn't a good sign. "I-If there's dead goblins, that means something worse is out here...." He'd move over and inspect the bodies, seeing if he could find what might've done it; how the spear was made of, how it was made, and to search the goblin.
While Klement investigates the corpses, "plenty of worse things than goblins. Cud even have been tha folks we're looking for. Stay sharp, but don't. panic little one" he smirks , shield and spear in hand, he'll approach the door to the circular room and put an ear up to it to see if he can hear anything on the other side. Mighty scampers out to investigate, smelling to see if he can pick up the scent of the type of baddies ahead. Looking up and the two doors, he pulls out his thieves tools but investigates the door for traps without touching it first.
Mighty, you smell that the bodies have been dead for quite a while. As Mighty looks at the doors he also notices that there is a 3rd secret door on the far left.
Sharzin, you don't notice anything strange about the doors leading out of the circular room you are in.
Klement, you try to look over the goblin bodies but the smell of their decaying bodies is too much for you to get a close look.
“Meat not fresh, but mighty would still eat it!” He looks to the group and grins, seeing anyone realizes he’s joking.
”secrets be Mighty’s favorite! Secret doors lead to secret treasures!” He points out the inconsistency in the stonework to the others. “Who is strongest in our band? Mighty sneaky and fast but not best for pushing and pulling!”

"Fine by me!"
Sergei prepares a mighty series of pulls and shoves, attempting to open the secret door by means of force! Before he begins, however, he does try and look for any obvious way to open the door short of ripping it off its hinges. Assuming none presents itself to our rural-born half-orc, he begins his tug! (Athletics with adv from Sharzin's help: 16)
Sergei and Sharzin work together and rip the stone door open. As it does you see a small needle shoot out near where you would expect a door handle to be. This pocket chamber is damp and cold. The skeletons of three long-dead archers slump against rubble-filled arrow slits along the east and south wall.

Agnes frowns, prodding around the bodies with her staff, careful not to touch them directly. "It's bad luck t' trouble tha dead,"she says simply, her voice low.

Initiative: 9 "sheesh, all we did was open the door." He swings his spear around, placing it atop his shield similar to a spartan in a shield wall as he readies himself for combat.
