(No problem you could just retcon the part of Cyrnair saying the he would want to be alone and leave the rest. ;) )
Listening to Ra’s words he feels a deep sadness as the truth he already knew becomes reality.when he hears the history of Ky’s brother, he puts his hand on her shoulder. Feeling that all that you’ve believed shatters into pieces is hard. He doesn’t says nothing though just let her know he was there for support.
”How do we contact each other if such necessity arises?”
Ra shrugs at Cyrnsirs question. "Lathandar sent us on his various missions and duties. Before, when the celestial plane still existed it was easier for us to look in. Perhaps you should leave a note within your bedroom if you need us, and I will ask a diva to check in on you now and then... with the celestial plane fallen inward, the remaining titans, fiends, and rogue Primordials will be aware... and in an uproar. The moon sisters will need what strength we and their allies can provide to fight back against those threats."
OOC: If you guys have more ro ask, please feel free to retcon.
As the conversation dies down, the group catches up with Ky and they walk in more or less, a stunned silence at the events of the past few days. It takes until afternoon to traverse the distance from Gundrens Calling and your new Keep, to the pathway that leads to Eelestrees Calling and Meloras meadow. You walk another 300 yards or so and round the bend when you are met with the wall that you were told of. It stands 30 feet tall and goes from one side of the path to the other. The walls look to be 10 feet thick, and they have the same steel drop gate and thick wood doors. On either side is a guard tower mounted within. Trixie waves down from it, already looking comfortable in the new buildings. "Angel built! Can you believe it?" Braiden stands next to her, dark complexion of a dark elf/human hybrid showing equal parts amazement and awe.
You walk further on, and you come to the second wall, manned by other archers from Meloras Meadow. The gate is currently opened and exiting past that you find yourself waiting for a short while before the first site of a few hundred strong fey touched creatures come marching up towards you.
As they approach nervously, some see Ky and call out, "Eva'din" and wave excitedly. Coming up behind, Sarith, Linene, and many other townsfolk have gathered with baskets of dried foods from their winter storehouses ready to share.
The crowds come together and intermingle, and it is such a sight to see. Nymph and Dryad speaking with Drow and Derro. Drugar and Deep gnome mixing with human and forest gnome. Wood elf and high elf mixing with Dwarf and half elf.
After some time of talking and organizing, Linene manages to get everyone's attention. "We of the Greater Gundrens Calling area," she whispers to Sarith, "We need a name for the entire area with this growth going on" turning back to the mass of people, "would like to welcome one and all to this land. We have but 1 rule. Help your neighbor. If you can do this, you will be always welcome. Our town has limited resources, but we can imagine you are all tired from your journey. We organized many of our people to help set up tents, and those that need homes for the old, young and I'll have been offered temporary lodging throughout the town, until your homes can be built. In the meantime, we have a feast and a... get to know you dinner prepared. It is a simple meal but if you would follow us..."
She continues to talk a bit before you are all led back to town. Over the course of the evening, you are able to square away most people and see that they are comfortable. The nymphs, Fairies, and dreads quickly migrate to the woods to the south, and find it acceptable and pleasant. The ponds and trees are quickly inhabited, and through their natural magics, the landscape is already starting to change to the more exotic colors and needs of the fey.
Many of the gnomes go into the woods, while others are curious to see the caves of Eelestrees calling. Ky is able to find her Uncle, and they have a quite talk for a bit before rejoining with the others.
"Well..." the little elderly gnome says. "Ya did good once again Eva'din... a new home for our people for at least a few generations... maybe more. Times are changing."
You all enjoy the evening, knowing these family moments are rare, before retiring to your new keep.
OOC: to much to draw out right now lol.
You all find beds in the barracks for now, Aowun knowing where they are already, and you find a full nights rest.
Waking in the morning you feel oddly invigorated (level up to 6). With this new energy, how do you want to proceed?
As Ennis hears Linene whisper to Sarith, he can't help but grin a bit in Cyrnair's direction. Once the speech is given and everyone starts moving back towards town, he approaches the pair for a quick word.
"We've already been talking about a new name for the keep, and I think Angelgard is a strong contender. Perhaps it would be fitting if the area becomes known as Angelgard Vale?"
"Indeed not," Ennis responds with a nod, "even we're not settled on a name yet, for sure. I just wanted to keep you informed of our current thoughts on the matter."
"Angelgard Freehold? A place where all free peoples, willing to help their neighbor, are welcome? Where no noble title holds sway, but free people gather and persuade one another of the best course of action for the future? Where Gundren's hope for prosperity, Sarith's hope for freedom, and everyone's hope for a safe and peaceful community all meet?"

Ky will spend her time not in the keep, but with her uncle and the other Fey trying to get them all as settled as they can. In the morning, she will take advantage of a bath at the inn, brushing out her hair and eating as much well prepared pastries and meats as she can, knowing that the time for special foods will be short.
She will spend a GP to replace what arrows she fired, and then go up into the grass lands around the town and try to connect with nature. (Pocking plains as favored terrain.) Afterwards she will continue to brush up on her most hated of creatures, the dragons, and finish perfecting her speech with their language. (Now Fey and Dragons are favored enemies.)
After that she will talk with the miners and game trappers of the area to see if she can learn anything else about where they are headed, both the wyverns peak, and this wave echo cave.
Ky walks up the top floor of the keeping the morning and begins inspecting rooms for windows of the courtyard. Finding a room with 2 windows that gives a good vantage point, Ky says, "well, if I am involved in this and Lathander wanted me to stick around, I will take this room. It's got a good sight line in case of attack so I can retreat here and fire a good distance. Okay with everyone?"
Cyrnair smiles to Ky. And remembers that he has a lot to learn, for he wasn't thinking on tactical decisions when they were looking the interior of the keep.
"That will do. I will take that one " says Cyrnair pointing to the door that leads to the eastern side of the keep, looking over the temple the angels also built and with direct sight of the sunrise. " If everyone is ok with that. I guess that we will need furniture... What were you saying about a library Ennis?"
Caradoc smiles up at Ky and says, "What skill I have that can be taught, I will be happy to share with you."
Afterwards, the halfling wanders the keep for hours, noting secret places and little hiding corners, planning for the eventuality that forces breach the walls.
He struggles to wrap his thoughts around the idea that this immense place is theirs. He pokes his head into one room after another, but they are all so fine and well-appointed.
Finally he sees Ennis go into the library, and with his usual natural quietness, he pads along behind him. After a while, he tugs a cushion off of a chair and makes a little pallet for himself under a study table. There he sleeps, thankful for a place of safety with such friends as he never thought he would have.

Eshuvenniel Kazander Ravid,Valor Bard and Acolyte of the Goddess of Luck Caradoc Langham, Halfling Rogue - Lost Magics - Epic of Pre-made Proportions! I'm not looking for heaven or hell... just someone to listen to stories I tell...
As you all find your way to bedding down for the night within the new keep that is provided, you are all awakened to the sound of a scream. It is powerful and shrill and blood curdling. It sounds to be coming one of the bedrooms in the top floor. Rushing there, you find Frixori, curled in a ball rocking back and forward holding her head. The symbol of the Phoenix on her hand is glowing, and radiant flames are rolling off of her. Tears flow down her beautiful face, as she rocks back and forward.
"The Phoenix Queen has fallen. The Serpent consumes, and moves forward into the Shadowfell to claim its dominion once more. Winter has come."
It takes you all some time to get her back to her bed, and after spending time with her, Aowyn crawls into bed with Frixori and says "I will stay with her. Go ahead and get some sleep."
After some time, a few hours perhaps, you all make your way back to bed, pondering the foreshadowing and prophecies that you have gathered over your time together.
The next morning you all awake, and Frixori comes down, red eyed and looking tired, but smiling softly. "I am sorry for the scare last night.... It was... traumatic to feel that.. loss. At least we know that it was going to and supposed to happen. I still don't know much more then all of you of course, but still... Its strange to think that I am going to be an Archfey at some point. All I ever wanted was to be rid of this form..." she gestures to her horns and body, "but now this... Its so... odd."
Going into the basement where your food stores are for now, Frixori and Aowyn prepare a simple meal for the group. "So what is your plans now?" Aowyn asks the group.
When Ennis finds Caradoc asleep during his examination of the library, he pauses for a moment with a bit of a smile before going to find one of the others who know where Caradoc's room is (ie: Cyrnair, Gelin, etc.). Once he himself knows, he returns to the library and proceeds to carefully pick up Caradoc and bring him downstairs to his room in the hideout, where he tucks him away in bed.
Once that is done, he proceeds to find a bed of his own for the night, until the incident with Frixori's screaming rouses him. When he first hears that the Phoenix Queen has fallen, he is concerned, but he relaxes just a bit when Frixori says that it was the Serpent consuming her, as apparently intended with this strange cycle. Even so, it still takes him a while to get back to sleep after that.
In the morning, he wakes relatively early and spends some considerable time pouring over his spellbook and personal notes before heading for the dining area.
He adjusts his glasses thoughtfully at Aowyn's question.
"Well, since Ky's uncle and the other refugees are all safely here now, I'd suggest we see about investigating this Wave Echo Cave to see if we can find that relic. I'm anxious to start finding some of these tools Lathander directed us towards."
After making sure they are going to be ok, Cyrnair returns to his new room. Still, he has a hard time to get back to sleep. Knowing that Lathander's daughter has also fallen... one idea that has been going in circles in his head, but he cannot totally grasp until now, finally takes form, and he regrets being so dull sometimes not to have come to this before, when he could had asked Ra about it.
He will ask to Frixori and Ennis next morning.
After his usual cleaning of his armor and sword, and praying, he still feels the need to do it every sunrise, he goes down, without donning his armor, and after listening to Frixori he goes and hugs her, as she did the day before with him, trying to comfort her. After a few moments he sits in front of her and while they share the breakfast he ask to both Frix and Ennis.
"You know, I've been thinking in one thing that Lathander said, but with all the things that had happened I really didn't form the idea until tonight. Lathander said that they were one God once, and that every one of them had a quarter of that power. When the rest of the Gods were dying... where went all this power? One could assume that it will... redestribute between the living ones, but seeing that He has... died.... doesn't seems so, or he would had enought power to stop Visarai. Last night you said that the Serpent had consumed the Phoenix... so.. what if the powers of the Gods were consumed by Visarai and that's why she is so powerful now? It's that even possible? "
Flint ponders Cyrnair's statement for a moment. "That may be true.. but consider this. I know my powers have become more substantial in the time that I have left my village a few months ago. So she is not the only one who has come into more power." He grins broadly with this self-realization. "That angel of your god even said that our power comes from within us."
"That..." Frixori says, "is a horrible thought..." after thinking a moment she says, "I dont know... to be honest, since last night I feel even stronger then before. As if a deeper connection to the power has awakened within me."
Aowyn says, "What I learned about the cycle tells us that the Phoenix is reborn, so I dont think her power went anywhere."
Frixori nods. "Maybe the Phoenox Queen is different because she is an Archfey? The rebirth cycle? My power is different from yours. Maybe the powers the gods drew is the same ethereal power we all drew from, they were just... closer to it? I am not sure."
"That makes sense... a lot of it. Perhaps the power of the dead Gods went back to the same... place or... pool we all get our powers and it's avaible to us to harness. Indeed it's a more comforting thought that mine... and as Aowyn says, beign the Phoenis an Archfey, and one of rebirth it makes sense that her... esence, comes now to you Frix. That's reassuring for sure. "
He then grins to Flint " You are right. I feel that I am beign able to pull more energy and I am training hard with the sword. So if I would be Visarai I would be afraid... really afraid. Wich leads me... to this point she had treated us like a minor nuinsance that her minions could take care of. But we are probing that we are more capable and a real thorn in her side. We also had with us some of the keys of her destruction. " he looks at Frixori at this point. " You should be safe here, but be wary while we travel to find the other artifacts. I fear that she could try to destroy what we've built here, and try to take away from us hope. The vale must not fall. We must be ready. " he finish his breakfast. "Wich reminds me that I should train with my new sword. If you'll excuse me..." he stands and nods to everyone, and then go to the training grounds to practice and train with the sword. He, however, will do a quick stop at the stables and check on Gai'len to see if he is ok. In the evening he will mount him and practice combat from the saddle of the celestial mount.
Dpad, never got a clear idea what happened with the horses and if Cyrnair could use the spell as I suggested. As I guess he couldn't he would summon his horse, ask him for the fate of the others ( at least I hope they reached the elven city ) and he has his friend again in the keep since yesterady if that's ok.
"The Phoenix Queen will rise again in... Frixori." Ky says, still struggling with the informality of having breakfast prepared for her by all accounts, a God, or close enough within her belief system. "And Cyrnair is right. I will die defending you my... Frixori."
Seeing Cyrnair head out to the training grounds, she stands as well. "I could use some sparing myself. I dont have the same skill with a sword as I do with the bow, but perhaps I can offer a worthy practice mate?"
