"How's it going, Morgan?" Caradoc calls softly, struggling to talk over the goblin's wailing and trying hard to be patient and keep his jangling nerves from making him do something stupid. "Getting a little nervous here..."

*According to this one, the goblins are here at the order of another. A non-goblin, likely human, who has scales and the 'breath of fire' as this one says. It's him who apparently commanded them to ambush travelers on the road, and it would seem they have several captives in the cave.*
Morgan's face never wavers as she responds to Caradoc, never turning away from Auga.
"Will she lead us to them? Can she talk her kin into helping us?? Or... at least... not trying to kill us??? How many goblins are there? Oh holy gods, I'm sorry. I'm babbling."

1st off, I don't know how to make a hombrew class within dndbeyond. I am curious to see what you all think of this homebrew. If anyone would like to change their character to this, let me know. We just got started.
I have been working on a Slight Homebrew for a Warlock class. We have only just started, so if either of the Warlocks wants to alter the character let me know. The patron is the Queen of River Reeds. She is an unusually powerful Nymph Fey that came from the "Lorelei", which is a high level Fey Nymph. She is trying to reach Archfey status and by all rights is one already, but the summer court has not acknowledged her.
She grants good spells! I wish she was available in the Pirates meet Archipelago of Annihilation PbP I'm in

This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Prior to Morgan informing the party of her conversation, Frixoir simply nods along as the goblin babbles, pretending that she understands fully what the goblin is saying. She twirls her sickle while watching the one sided conversation. "Uh huh...yeah...of course." Deception10
Since she obviously doesn't know what's being said, and after hearing Morgan's summary of what she has learned, "Well it sounds like our benefactor may be inside there."She nods in agreement with Caradoc, "Yeah, can she get her friends out of there so we don't have so many to get through?"
Sounds tempting to change up to that homebrew, but I think I'll stick to the celestial patron.
The aasimar waits patiently for Morgan to end her interrogation but can’t help to feel but pity for the little gobling that cries in front of her.
“We then must go inside and try to free the captives. Let the little one go after telling us if there are more traps like the ones we encountered coming here. She is no use for us.”
As Morgan stares at Auga, her face finally softens. She understands all to well what it feels like to draw the ire of the kind of fey being she's presenting herself as now, and she genuinely feels sorry for the terrified goblin.
*Peace now, little one. Your aid has earned you my favor. You are free to go as you please now, BUT...*
With a gesture and arcane utterance, Morgan again uses Prestidigitation, this time to make a small runic symbol resembling an eye appear on the back of Auga's left hand.
*...Know that you now also bear my mark. Should you attempt to return here and warn any of your former fellows about my presence, I will know it. And I will NOT be pleased.*
“You let Auga go?“ the goblin girl says in surprise. “Auga thanks you good mistress! Kind mistress!” Auga starts to bow down to Auga after seeing the mark. “Auga can’t convince the others. Only cook... but there are 9 more of my kind in there in different places. We have 2 pets, and the scary scaled one.. Does this help?” Auga says, eager to please.
*Thank you little one. Your assistance has pleased me. You may now go without fear of myself or my companions, unless you heed not my prior warning.*
She motions with her arm to indicate the mark on Auga's hand before sweeping her arm northward to dismiss the small goblin.
Once the goblin has left, Morgan turns to her companions, projecting to each of them.
*Unless she's lying, which I don't think likely, then we're looking at nine more goblins, their so called "Scaly-One" master, and two pets which I THINK might be dire wolves judging from the little one's description.*
“Impressive Morgan “ says Cyrnair “really impressive. “We should proceed with caution then. If we can avoid that all the goblins attack us at the same time maybe we can subdue and defeat them and rescue our friends. “
Morgan isn't particularly stealthy, but it might be a good idea for her to be towards the front for a little while, until her Comprehend Languages wears off.

Abilities gained from the pact
Even if none of you are interested, I would be curious to see what you think of it. I have been trying it out IRL for a pirate style d&d 5e.
OOC: As to your insight check Morgan, the goblin is hard to read... You don't have a lot of experience with goblins.
Homebrew subclasses will be available Soon™ :)
They're definitely in the works.

*What sort of pets do you speak of? And would any of your fellows be likely to not fight if we tell them we'll deal with the scaly one?*
Frixori becomes concerned and begins to keep an eye on the cave entrance as well so as not to be surprised by any friends of their captive.
“Auga not know. Auga not in warrior cast. Auga is cook. Please not make Auga go in cave with new master.”
*You don't even know what these two pets are?*
“Furry 4 legs with fangs and ears. Like your dog pets but bigger. Smaller then the ones they sometimes ride. I know not a name.”
Morgan nods her understanding to Auga.

OOC: If you are going into the cave, what is the marching order. You can fit either 1 or 2 at a time.
If we want to keep it stealthy the the paladin should go in the second row..
