When it's his turn (I'm not sure where we are in initiative order), he'll move towards the bear casting speak with animals, "Great One, help us to free your friend," he gestures towards the other polar bear still tied up, "and we'll help you dine on your captors!" He says indicating the bundled up humanoids.

So the first turn could've been used to dash towards the sled - which is 60 ft from where you where ...there's no need to roll again for animal handling once you reach the bears I'll use what you described here))

Sarya gets up from the snow and moves closer to the sled, commanding the fiery monster to position itself between the sled and the small sled thieves, before dropping into the snow again for cover. "Okay guys, let's grab the sled and go!" She shouts to the others.

Both humanoids will try to calm down the bear again - one of them is helping the other one but bears are hostile towards them so normal check: 17
They manage to calm down the bear who released from the straps and carefully reach towards it, they extend their hands at wagon as if they were waiting to catch or receive something from them.

Tysris will keep his eye on the wagon, but seeing the humanoid #4, damaged by the magic missile, he targets him with his javelin and throws if he is within 30 feet.

((You would need to use all of your movement to get them in range, but I'll assume you did)) The javelin finds the creatures back and pierces through. The humanoid falls flat to the snow.

The one that was free from the straps but currently held by the latest enemies to arrive at the sled, snarls again at its captors. The other bear was already hostile but focused on breaking free starts growling at its captors.

We'll say that you catch the last one running towards the wagon which is now starting to be consumed by flames, the humanoid gets in between the sled and the bears and burning wagon. Before he could do anything a bolt pierces his chest and he falls to the snow.
Now it's all you, the bears and the burning wagon. (With one bear still attached to it)
So we won't continue with the initiative order, the 3 humanoids who escaped from the wagon are too far away for you to catch up (unless there's something you want to try, you can let me know)
