Seeing the goblins retreating faster than he can chase after them Drax unslings his shield from his back and straps it in place. (I believe that’s an action.) He then moves to one of his wounded companions (whomever is closer to him) interposing himself and his shield between them and the goblins.
Jane turns from the fleeing goblins behind the group and back toward the other group of goblins. Unsure quite how far they are, she moves about 15 feet lower to them and calls down holy fire on the closest one she can see.
Sacred Flame: Dex save DC 13 or take 7 Radiant damage
Seeing the party rally and counterattack, the cowardly Goblins turn and run deeper into the woods, easily outpacing the efforts of Jane and Rantel to harass them as they retreat.
Summary and Action
GG2 is down to 2 Goblins, they are trapped between the party and a bonfire that is now spreading through the underbrush to the North of the party.
Drax has his shield up and out and is giving partial cover to Bree (unless you move).
Hoghead takes the dash action and moves 50 feet towards the goblins. (I'm unclear how far we are from them. I was thinking about 80 ft so after the dash, I'll still be about 30 ft away,)
Bree peeks out from behind Drax's shield, sees the goblins trapped by the fire and grins. She reaches back, takes another arrow from her quiver and notches it. After carefully aiming at the same goblin she hit before (#7), she releases the arrow along with the breath she's been holding.
Attack: 22 Damage: 9
After the arrow is loosed, she ducks back behind Drax again.
The last two goblins collapse under the combined assault of the group, Hogshead's final shove knocking the last of the gobbos down and unconsicous.
Summary and Action
Out of initiative.
Three goblin corpses lie to the West of the group at the feet of Hogshead and Zerxius. One goblin is still alive but knocked out (down to 1HP and DM ruling is calling him out of commission to save another full round of action).
The Goblin group to the East has fled into the woods. You no longer have visual on them.
The ravine entrance you were looking for is about 300 yards to your East. It marks the descent down into a Sunken Citadel that housed a dragon cult of some sort.
Zerixus is still blind with rage and anger. He flips the bodies roughly, overwhelmed by the stink and foul nature of the bandits he finds nothing of interest on them.
Drax looks down at Bree with a warm smile, “Looks like Hoghead got the last one. No need to hide for the moment. Are you alright?” He extends a hand towards her to help get her back on her feet.
Hoghead walks over to the goblin he shoved. He kicks it to make sure it isn't moving. He then takes his hammer and brings it down over and over until it crushes the skull. "OK, this one is dead." He yanks an arrow out of his side with a cry of pain and snaps it in half. "I'm going to need to lay down for a bit before I bleed out."
Hoghead nods to Jane a little sheepishly. "I didn't do anything special, I just got there first. I think we should maybe set up camp to go in at full strength tomorrow. It doesn't look like the safest area though so we should post guards."
Give me a watch order and Perception rolls for each Watch. 3 watches to get through the night and you can roll with advantage if you have 2 people on watch.

Rantel also runs as close as he can to the other group of goblins and casts create bonfire on the closest one if in range: 8 fire damage.,.
The Goblins squeal as radiant fire and actual fire erupts around them
