"I have an idea," answers Xo. He walks to the edge of the room and casts Zone of Truth to the other side of the room. A nonsolid sphere appears there, and Xo walks into it. "The sky is green," he tries to lie. This is only a test, and proof that it forces truth.

“I stole this crossbow from Genrikh Gorbachev’s House,” Shui replies.

"It did not work... but you get the idea. I cannot lie within the sphere unless I happen to be charismatic." Xo explains, a little embarrassed. He tells the truth this time. "I do not intend to harm you."

Save: 16

"I have no bad intentions..." Xo tries once more. He did not figure it would be this difficult to tell the truth.

Save: 12

"I wasn't lying either. However, the fact still stands. I have to exact my revenge on you in some way. Bad intentions or no." Shui replies, glaring at Xo.

Rieka looks very confused, and becomes agitated as Xo casts one of truth. She steps away from that area.

"Shui, the only memories I received were of me spending the night of a full moon at a tavern," she sighs, placing her hand on her forehead. "Can't you give it a rest? If you really want to test whether Xo is a werewolf or not, go borrow some silver from the blacksmith, and give it to Xo. If it hurts him, he's a lycanthrope. If not, you can leave him alone."

(I'm not entirely sure how we are supposed to deal with this guy? We've literally tried everything.)

(Except fighting or using the 'trump card' I apparently have now... though I don't want to do either.)

"My plan sounded better in my head," mutters Xo to himself. He exits the sphere hastily and stands behind Sheerow again, scratching the back of his neck and looking diagonally at the floor. The sphere can only evaporate ten minutes after being cast, but at least it is in the unimportant side of the room. "Ree-ka, while you were in the tavern, I had randomly, somehow, become a were-Tortle thing. Though I cannot explain my random harmful actions, I do know that they will not occur again. My clone is definitely a ly-kin-trope, but I myself am most likely not." Xo hopes his explanation was enough.

Rieka drops her shield in shock. 

"Wh-what?" she gasps, scrambling to pick it back up again. "Xo, you were turned into a lycanthrope? And you didn't know how?" 

She looks around at the others. "And you were all ok with this? You didn't hate him for being a werewolf? You didn't try to kill him?"

Shui stays in the sphere, showing the, he means no harm to anyone but Xo.

”No, they were not. I commend Akyan and Sheerow for saving my life, but Xo is the one who I seek to exact my revenge on.”

(Alright, Dndlover3, catchup. Monster hunter’s after Xo due to the events during the Blue Moon Festival. Also, the Las Aminour lore finale will be October the 5th, so keep an eye out for that. I’d like as many people as possible for that. And lastly, welcome back!)

Sheerow sighs. "Well, Shui, could you do me a favor? We can call it even if you do this for me." I feel so gross doing this, I hope it works.

“Tell me your favor, and I will think about it.” Shui replies.

Akyan watches this back and forth for a while. "You know," he says to the Shui, "Xo is not to blame for this. In fact, we have reason to believe that Aaron Firehand does. He recently tired to have us killed, and apparently, from what i gather from my...clone." He grumbles the last word as he now has to believe in it's existence. "There is no magic in Las Aminour. This could only be Firehand's doing. I have no doubt that this werewolf issue is his doing as well. That said, he is the one you should be taking revenge on. Not Xo."

Akyan himself is not entirely sure if Aaron really did have anything to do with Xo's transformation, but he does suspect the rest to be tied to Aaron.

“Perhaps…” Shui looks out the window. “It has long since been known that the current president of Las Aminour has power beyond comprehension, some even say that can alter reality. If that is true… then I must demand your help. If you aid me, I will pardon Xo’s blood debt.”

"Well, I think that settles it then. We were going to go kill him anyways."
