[[ Lol! Maybe, but she used a Feat to get it... and she is not leaving her friends behind, so it should not matter very much, unless there is a deciding action she can take to bring all out of danger ]]
"If a band of hostile giant toads is coming, it would be pointless to wait for them here!" Khessa comments "This passage is probably just a way out of the Castle, with the big frogs tasked to defend it; let's go back into the Castle and finish exploring it".
"Come on!" the blonde arcane warrior positions herself between her companions and the approaching threat "Let's get moving! Over there!" and she points in the direction from which the party came. She is ready to spring at any moment... but it is clear that she intends to remain last, being probably one of the elements with the best defenses, between steel and magic.
[[ OOC: Khessa urges everyone to run away, returning the way we came, she keeps between the last of the group and the approaching threat and readies the action to follow the others, Dashing, eventually, if the others also do it ]]
[[ OOC: Lol! I really love Eric's concern for a warrior in metal armor who, when needed, can improve her defenses by summoning a force shield! At the end of the rounds... nothing happens (yet). Your regular movement is enough to reach the path connecting this area with the previous room. The characters that used their action to dash should on the path and I assume Eric and Khessa are guarding the entrance?
Eric is a dwarf after all... he swore to protect the others and Khessa in particular so he won't left her behind (he also believe no-one is tanker than he is... although Khessa might be, lol)
Khessa realizes that the potential enemies have given up the chase and smiles at Eric, still at her side: "You definitely took your self-appointed 'living shield' role very seriously, I see!" she leans against him for a moment, wrapping her left arm around his shoulders "Thank you," her blue eyes have a grateful and sweet light as they seek his "I think I would find the courage to face even Tiamat herself, if needed, with you at my side".
The blonde arcane warrior then leads the way towards the last remaining unexplored path, taking care, as usual, to send Anator to scout discreetly ahead... [[ OOC: At least, I think we still have one path left to explore, at the last intersection, if I'm not mistaken... ]]

Kriv exits back to the chamber where their previous fight took place. He drops to a knee and examines the stairs for tracks, hoping to find some indication of the next move for the group to make.
Survival: 20
Following the stairs back to the misty room (with the ledge and crane) you notice 2 other paths:
Looking around you notice, despite the fog, that there are only humanoid footprints leading to the northwest path, no Bullywug or Frog tracks.
You came from the east (the first time), now you come back here from the south. West was the boss fight en north the portal.
Ah, so I remembered wrong, there are no unexplored branches here... In that case, I'd say to go back up (east) until we find a branch that we haven't explored yet.

(Lol Khessa's modifier is insane! It's even higher than Zale's XD)
Initiative: 21
So, Calvin shares his findings with you.
What are you going to do Khessa and Zale?

It takes a moment for Calvin to work out what the frog means but then his eyes open wide and he shouts over his shoulder, "Run!"

Eric flanks Khessa, muttering "I'll be damned if I leave you behind, go ahead, Iet me be your rearguard"

"I already got crapped on by bats, I sure ain't gonna be frog food!" Zale growls, "Runnin do sound good to me!"
And with that, she takes off after Khessa.
I assume Kriv is follows his friends?

Round 2
Do you guys keep running?
Player: Any Good Alignment // DM: Lawful Evil
Khessa's idea was to run as last, but to run with the others. Just in last position. A position shared with Eric, it seems 😉.
I'd say we keep running, at least until we are back at the previous intersection (and unless something bad happens).
Eric is a dwarf after all... he swore to protect the others and Khessa in particular so he won't left her behind (he also believe no-one is tanker than he is... although Khessa might be, lol)
Yes, Kriv joins the retreat.
Apologies, we’ve had a few high priority cases at work. It’s been a bit nuts.
Don't worry about it.
You make it back in the previous area. The Giant Frogs don't seem to chase you.
[You can post outside of initiative order again]

The dwarf replies smiling, "yes, my kind takes their world very seriously my dear" he hugs her back

“Nothing, but frogs down here. I say we help clear the castle and rest up.”
Here's map of where you've been:
So I think you're going back to the first room (with the stairs)?
