Eva stands stiffly, swaying slightly like a teetering pole in an unfelt wind. Her eyes roll back, sclerae grey-white, as she loses her hearing and sight.
After Blackberry releases his spell, Naraeld stomps forwards, calling out in a low voice as he tries to stay as far away from his companions as possible, making himself the most visible of the quartet. "Sephek! Don't make me keep chasing your sorry ass! Looks like you didn't do a good enough job first time. How about we go for round two? Unless you'd rather run and risk your mistress's ire?"
Naraeld makes no attempt at stealth knowing it is not his forte. He waits until after Blackberry has acted so that he doesn't accidentally alert Sephek, and tries to draw attention onto himself rather than the harengon.
He either uses or readies his action to attack Sephek Eldritch Blast depending on line of sight and what he sees after Blackberry's spell occurs.
(I am guessing as to position right now because I didn't want to hold you to specific distances prior to rolling initiative. Take a look at where I have you and let me know if there is somewhere else you'd rather be. Also, please roll initiative. It is about to kick off again.)
Map!
Greth'g'kareeand Eva:
As the companion's crouch closer (Greth'g'kareeas himself and Eva as Teb), they begin to pick up bits of the conversation.
"We wanted a night of fun at the expense of those Good Mead bastards; we didn't want to start a war!"
"Why'd you kill so many? Why'd you kidnap their children?"
"You said this would be a snatch and grab! Did you mean their children?"
Jotann, surrounded by his men, raises his hands and tries to shout down the protests of the surrounding ruffians. "Sometimes, things don't go according to plan. That dwarf was right and they did outnumber us. We had to act fast, before they had time to realize that. Unfortunately, they wised up sooner than we assumed. We will pay out the 5 sp we agreed to if the job didn't go as planned and I suggest you take it quickly. Who knows when Good Mead will come knocking and I didn't notice any of you covering your tracks."
This does not please the surrounding men and they begin to shout once more.
She was not expecting the group to all announce themselves for Sephek. Her idea had been to surround Sephek in a spread out formation and kill him with arrows and cantrips from 100'+, moving the wide kill box around as he moves to keep him in the center, shooting the dogs if he gets on the sled.
But after Mead Hall, she can hardly blame the others for not listening to her. Not that she had properly articulated her idea anyway. And maybe it isn't feasible for long with Naraeld's slower move speed anyway if Sephek makes a beeline for him as Naraeld predicts. So as for Sabetha's position, I might have changed it, but let's just leave it. She is taken aback that combat is starting already, so she is not situated as she would like.
(But hopefully concealed from Sephek with 26Stealth out of his field of vision? Advantage on first attack?)
@DM - could you move Naraeld 15ft South? He is certainly trying to keep as much distance from Sephek as possible. With the tent line and allies mixed amongst it, that also fits in with the plan to ambush and keep Sephek at range.
Greth moves carefully behind the angry mob along the south of the gathering, using their noise and bulk to hide him as he makes for the trees to the east. Once there he will move up the cliff face until he is above and behind the leaders. Assuming he makes it, does he have vantage to see the child captives?
Eva continues her cautious approach. [She moves another 15 feet or so to the square immediately to the SW of where Greth'g'kareehad been standing (rocks and boulders are in the squares to the N, E, and S of her). Given the distraction provided by the bandits' argument, the cover of the trees, and her previous Stealth roll, I'm hoping she goes unnoticed.]
Dogs and Elk Running are not currently rolling for initiative; if they come into combat I will roll at that time. I also altered the map to hopefully better match it to your intentions.

If this is still wrong, there is still time to correct it. I appreciate your patience.
All of you, although Sephekis very suspicious at the moment, his perception has completely failed him. Just as you are ready to strike, a gust of wind blows smoke in his face or something. Maybe the Frostmaiden is tired of his repeated failures. In any case, he knows you are around, but he can't figure out where you are in the dim light. As a result, you all get a surprise round and you all are effectively hidden until you strike. So fire at range with advantage.
First, take a look at the map and tell me if you are satisfied with your position. The bandits are intently watching each other right now, so you have some freedom of movement.
Map!
You are both unobserved, so if you wish to attack from range (where you are), you'll have advantage and a surprise round.
Greth'g'kareecan see the two children from where he is, but if he goes to the northwest he will lose sight of them and lose tree cover.
Carefully, she moves 15' south and 5' east, taking cover behind the tree. She is ready to move in any direction, including charging forward to support any of her allies or chasing the sled and dogs to shoot them if they begin to move. Or retreating if Sephek approaches her.
(( Grethis good where he is and does not intend to attack. His primary goal is to track the enemy. Is that a cave I spy just behind the children? If so, is it big enough for people to walk into? I suspect that is a fallback for the bandits. ))
After Blackberry releases his spell, Naraeld stomps forwards, calling out in a low voice as he tries to stay as far away from his companions as possible, making himself the most visible of the quartet. Naraeld will cast EB with his action, as Sabetha attacks and Naraeld can get the attack in prior to Blackberry's spell based on initiative.
Eva waits, listening to the quarrel, which confirms what the girl Mallifyr had told her.
Minutes pass. More minutes pass. Eva is no sneak, and it is only a matter of time before she is discovered.
With Greth'g'karee nowhere in sight, and unable to face so numerous an enemy on her own, Eva considers returning to Good Mead and informing the village's citizens and her companions of what she has learned.

Sabetha already rolled a 26 on Stealth above, just as Blackberry was casting Sleep. (Post 1096)
Hoping she does not need to re-roll to remain unnoticed.

[She sees through Ténèbre's eyes and hears what the cat hears, gaining the benefits of Teb's Perception, including her Keen Smell, if relevant: https://www.dndbeyond.com/monsters/16820-cat.]
Blackberry had also rolled stealth previously, but new Stealth roll is 10, and Initiative 8 (both in game log).
Greth moves up heading east within the tree lines. He gets within 10' of the back of the crowd so he can spot the leaders.
After Blackberry releases his spell, Naraeld stomps forwards, calling out in a low voice as he tries to stay as far away from his companions as possible, making himself the most visible of the quartet. Eva telepathically commands Ténèbre to hide, if she isn't hidden already, and breaks her connection with the cat.
Careful to keep the trees between her and the bandits, Eva attempts to sneak into a better position closer to Teb and Greth'g'karee.
[Eva moves 30 feet to the square 20 feet south and 10 feet west of the goliath. As an action, she makes a Dexterity (Stealth) check: 14]
