You silently tie and secure the rope in place, and stand by to assist the others climbing up.
Because of he Nat 20, everyone else can climb the rope without making any strength or dex checks, and everyone gets advantage for the stealth check they must make when they reach the top. So please make rolls now
Falling, Kor lands hard feeling a sharp rock puncture his side. Clenching his teeth to avoid shooting in pain, Kor walks over to Val, "I could really use that healing potion if you still have it, would hate to bleed all over Klarg's nice furs when I meet him," he says with a pained smile. He holds his hand to his side, blood freely flowing through his fingers. Taking a length of rope and biting it with his teeth, Kor mumbles an incantation and the hand holding his wound glows, the smell of burnt flesh suffusing the air in the wolf den.
"That was pleasant."
After speaking with Val [and drinking the potion if it's offered] Kor climbs up the rope.
Valathar hands the potion over to Kor. "Hope it helps friend. I found it on Bat-Ears, so who knows what could be in there."
Valathar grabs the rope and starts to haul his huge form up, slowly. Arm by arm, foot by foot, he ascends the climb after his friends. The effort is enormous, but somehow he manages.
All of you successfully climb to the top, and stand behind rather large crates of stolen supplies that hide all of your forms from immediate sight. From up close, you finally get a good look at Klarg for the first time.
The first thing to note, is that he is large. Not large for a goblin, large for a humanoid figure, easily rivaling Mav in height, and definitely in muscle mass. He looks like someone got a goblin, stretched it out, covered it head to toe with a thick, curly, hide of dark brown fur, and injected it with lots and lots of steroids. He towers over his two regular goblin captains, all three of them drinking deeply from crystalline goblets, and talking quietly despite the booming sounds of partying goblins echoing around the room from all sides. The She-Wolf 'She who dances in the Hunt' is definitely staring at the pile of crates you are all hiding behind, and catches and holds the eyes of any of you who look directly at her. Aside from the slightly creepy stare, she hasn't made any other movements or let any sounds to give away your positions, yet.
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Valathar takes a particular interest in the she-wolf "She who dances in the Hunt". Staring right back into her cold eyes, he searches them for any insight into her thoughts. He'd spent most of his life around animals, living in the forest. What could have caused this wolf to betray her pack, abandon them and fall in line with this monstrosity.

Kor sighted in the closest goblin captain with his shortbow. The group's careful planning and flexibility had all come to this, maybe not a perfect outcome but reality never was. There was only violence left now.
Val: Upon closer inspection, you notice something, the she wolf seems to have an mutalated face and excessive burning on its left side, and probably a ruined eye and ear on its same side. The wound looks somewhat recent, probably a few months old. From your years of forest knowledge, you know that any signs of weakness in a wolf pack meant exile, and from the ruthless cunning you sense from the she-wolf, she sold her pack out before they could betray her like that. She’s still staring at you from her one ruined eye.
Berrus and Mav: you both see a cage somewhat close to you. 30 feet give or take. A rather fat human is loudly snoring, and a crossbow and short sword are tauntingly just out of his arms reach.
Is there anything that I can hide behind a little closer to Klarg? I want to be useful during the surprise round. Are they facing us? SHould we just gun it and see what happens?

The battle map released later tonight will answer better, but short answer, probably no aside from stealth or running top speed. They are facing away from you
(Sorry about the low quality/effort, using Gimp photo editor because im too lazy to walk a half mile to the computers with photoshop on them)
The party of goblins are all facing the fire, which casts the area the party is in in shadow. Only the She-Wolf notices your presense at the moment. A rather fat man is snoozing in a cage somewhat close to Klarg, but still a healthy distance away (pretend there was a little more distance on the map, couldnt find any good cave grid maps so I just used the default book's one. A good stealth check would probably ensure you getting to it unnoticed. A crossbow and short sword lay tauntingly just out of arms reach of the man, and he's wearing full armor.

Mav would like to creep up to the closest goblin and try to "sneak attack" it. during the surprise round. I think if you Kor aim fo the one opposite Klarg, we might be able to get a little bit of a jump on them? Or should we just hammer down on Klarg first? Either way Mav is going to sneak up and smack someone...
Sorry, I meant Kor for the fall damage, not Val. You can take back the two damage, Ill edit the previous post

Mav glances about the room to see if he can see any cells for the bodyguard to be in, also looking to see if any other goblins are around.

Are the collection of goblins, wolf and Klarg within 20 feet of each other? If so, I'll likely cast Entangle as the group approaches for the ambush.
Yes, their snuggled close around a campfire. Easily a 10 foot diameter
