Even with a healing spell (which he expends) and a healer's kit, this man may be beyond Walt's reach. Walt: Make a DC10 Medicine check (with neither Help nor Advantage) to bring him back to a stable-but-unconscious state. Otherwise, he is gone.
Baldar runs up and pulls the two men into a sitting position back to back. She then pulls out her rope and ties the two of them together, making sure their hands are secure. Finally, she takes their weapons and drops them into the hole in the floor of the dining room.
Once done with that, she runs over to grab Walt's rope and help tie up the two farmers in the kitchen. "That was unpleasant. I really don't like hitting these people."
When the farmers are secured, she looks around the room, looking for a way down to the cellar beneath. Seeing the door to another room off the kitchen, she listens at it.
Baldar ties the two farmers together and disposes of their weapons down the hole. Looking around the kitchen, she sees no obvious entry into a cellar. She then listens at the pantry door, but hears nothing.
Meanwhile, with the aid of healing magic and some field medicine know-how, Walt miraculously manages to get the old man breathing again, and stops his bleeding. He's in very bad shape, but he's alive and will probably eventually recover.
The teenager remains unsecured and unconscious, sprawled upon the kitchen floor.
Tuuli gives Walt his second hug of the day, crying freely with relief. She will compose herself with a sniffle and a swipe at her unruly hair, then sees what Baldar is doing. She sets her mouth into a grim line, and then says, "Let's save these people."
She will endeavor to tie the kid and the old farmer together, making sure someone checks her knots. Then she will take a turn listening at the door.

ey/em/eirs, or they/them works, too (just not he). Role-playing since that keep on those borderlands. I love it so.
Taking a turn at the pantry door, Tuuli hears nothing at first. But then she catches a very faint sound... of singing? Or maybe it is just the wind outside? Then it's gone.
It's a pantry. The foodstuffs and supplies that once filled the pantry have been ransacked, and a large cupboard stands open. There is a trapdoor built into the pantry’s floor.
Pointing to the trapdoor, Tuuli quietly pads over to it, and crouches down to pull the handle, such that she will be behind the door when it opens (pulling it towards her) and the others (with more hp) can see what is below.
She looks up at the others, and when they nod, she pulls to open it.

Tuuli opens the trap door. You look down into a dim, unfinished cellar.
Shelves bearing root vegetables and other foodstuffs line the walls. The south wall has partially collapsed, revealing some sort of dark, narrow tunnel.
The smell you noticed earlier is worse here. The stench of something rotting rises from below.
Before anyone can climb down, Benny grips more tightly to her axe and it glows with a faint ethereal light. She closes her eyes and concentrates.
(using Divine Sense: As an Action, you can open your awareness to detect such forces. Until the end of your next turn, you know the Location of any Celestial, fiend, or Undead within 60 feet of you that is not behind total cover. You know the type (celestial, fiend, or undead) of any being whose presence you sense, but not its identity)
If she doesn't sense anything in the cellar, she will climb down and move closer to the tunnel entrance, trying to sense any presence within it.
Baldar senses nothing visible below her that registers as celestial, fiend, or undead.
The party, led by Baldar and Bendrak, begin to descend the ladder into the cellar. (Who's going down? Anyone staying behind?)
The tunnel, a haphazard rift of packed dirt and stones, vanishes south into the gloom. Look into it, Baldar senses no immediate presences there, either. (Who has dark vision? Is Walt providing a light source?)
Bendrak lowers himself down, produces and lights a torch. If the immediate scene is clear once his eyes and stomach get used to the environment, he beckons the others down.
Tuuli will wait to be last down the hole and in to the tunnel. She can't see in the dark, but she trusts her senses... and misses Lucky, with his keen sense of smell. Though with the stench, she recognizes he is probably okay missing out.

"Oh! Wait a moment," Tuuli calls out. Then she rushes back up into the kitchen, makes her way gingerly past the tied up farmers, back to the bedroom, rummages for a clean-ish piece of paper and a writing instrument, and writes a note, "We have gone down the hole, back soon, hope this fixes everything, Tuuli and the rest" she dates it and leaves it in the kitchen where the farmers can see it if they wake up (or anyone else who comes investigating). Then she rejoins the crew.

Walt rushes over, kicks the knife away out of reach and surveys the scene.
“Bring the rope to tie him up. I’ll work on him.”
Walt kneels beside him and uses his healers kit to stabilize him and casts healing word on him.
Walt steps back and shouts “I did what I can. Bring my rope! Tie him up before he wakes up!”
action: use healers kit to stabilize him
bonus action: cast healing word for for 6 hp.

(Assume we’re not going to tie up the dead farmer if he turns out to be dead, right? Ew.)

All of the farmers are now secured with rope.
Taking a turn at the pantry door, Tuuli hears nothing at first. But then she catches a very faint sound... of singing? Or maybe it is just the wind outside? Then it's gone.
Relating that to the others, she makes sure everyone is ready, then cautiously opens the door.

Bendrak slips forward. "I'll go." he says, preparing to drop down through the trapdoor.
(Looking at the map, "behind" the trap door might be difficult. Tuuli will go for "to the side and out of the way")

“If we need a light source, I have a torch and tinder. And I think I have a candle somewhere in my pack.”
Walt steps aside into the kitchen and rummages through his pack looking for supplies.
“I found ‘em!”
