Ugg looks around curiously at the others not understanding the reaction of Balrog. All Ugg was doing was practicing. He could not understand the short figures aggressive behavior. "You are a funny little man" Ugg spoke before following Judas.

Phil sheepishly removes himself from his suddenly mad companion, and finds himself at the locked door leading to area 14. He turns to Judas and says “Can I get a little something something for good luck?”
Balrog’s temper subsides at Phil’s departure, he grabs whatever he can from the coffin and follows the rest of his fellow adventurers into the next room all the while boring holes into Phil’s back with burning eyes.
Unfortunately, the door remained locked. Does anyone have thieves tools? If not, here comes AREA 15:
AREA 15 - THE DRAGON CELL
Crudely executed symbols and glyphs, scribed in bright green dye, decorate this large and irregularly shaped crumbling chamber. A large pit in the center shows evidence of a recent fire. A metallic cage in the middle of the southern wall contains a gaping hole and stands empty. A small wooden bench draped with green cloth is next to the cage, and several small objects rest on it. A bedroll lies near the wooden bench, and the sound of whimpering comes from inside it.
Balrog pulls a crowbar out of his pack and shoves Phil out of the way. He grunts “Ugg give us a hand” and slides the crowbar under the door “Right, lets pop the hinges”.
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Ugg gives the dwarf a strange look after he yelled at him and then randomly acts friendly. Shaking his head he bends down and heaves on the crowbar as well. Strength: 12

Balrog stalks behind Phil and pulls his crystal from his hidden pocket. He whispers to the kobold in Draconic, “listen to me, we’re not here to hurt ya.. but, tell us what ya know, or this orc here will eat you!” With that Balrog raises his open palm and releases what appears to be tiny red lights towards the kobold.
OOC: Balrog casts charm person, please make a wisdom saving throw (12, or higher)
Oh snap I didnt even see that nat20 where did that come from?? Sorry Bal. Ok, ill update.
So lets backtrack a bit, i'll describe the secret room, and then we will assume the same interactions with the kobold in the next room. I left my book at home so i'm trying to download it. This might take a minute. Sorry for the delay.
Inside this 10 feet square room made of stone is an upright keg fashioned of rusted iron. Rusted pipes lead from the keg into the floor. The keg is dried up and open.
Inside, you find 5 sapphire stones worth about 10gp each.

Balrog’s lets out an exasperated grunt as the door gives way. He mutters, “what a waste” at the sight of the spoiled keg. As he peers into the ruins his eyes light up and a smile cracks across his normally stoic face. He quickly pockets the five sapphire stones, silently hoping his action would go unnoticed by his companions.

Oh snap. The dwarf is mad! Should I let you all role-play this out? I'll describe AREAS 13 and 14
AREA 13
Areas 13 on the map are all, strangely, empty rooms. The rooms stand empty of all but a litter of rocky debris.
AREA 14
Area 14 is a locked door. It will require a DC20 Dex check with thieves' tools to open.
Rolling for an encounter in the hallway: 16
It's dead quiet.
Anyways here’s a lockpick Roll, just add guidance if Judas chooses to cast it: 13
It says unable to parse.
(I can reroll if you want, or we could always go with it being a Nat 20 ;)
Lets see what that reroll gets us. Or, if you remember what it was the first time, you can just tell me haha.
Nah, it says unable to parce with me too, never knew what it was. I’ll reroll here: 11
Edit: Aughh, let’s assume the first one was a 16 or above ;)

It's a small kobold.

Ohhhhh, SO close!
(I’m gonna assume the so close comment means we diddnt open the door, and are still in the Kobold room.)
Phil cautiously enters the room, and upon noticing the Kobold tries speaking in the calmest manner possible-
“Hey there fella, bunch of friendly people coming through! Why don’t you tell us what’s the matter, huh?”

As a free action, can I regret my life choices?
