"Easy job, I thought," Leree grunts as she stands behind Dragon. The black wolf snaps his jaws.
Indeed, it was. Mik was contacted to steal a map from this warehouse in the docks. His sources told him the warehouse had been abandoned for years, but his contact assured him the map was there. He got Leree to accompany him - safety in numbers and she was a trustworthy enough person. Together they entered the empty warehouse and immediately found the map. Of course, once Mik touched it all hell broke loose.

20 - Leree 17 - Thug 2 13 - Mik 13 - Thug 1, Thug 3 5 - Dragon
As Mik grabbed the map and stowed it away for safe keeping, it seemed to trigger a magical alarm. Whatever thugs were associated with this warehouse seemed to have a few goons within earshot. They ran into the building. So far, they don't seem to know where you are exactly. Imagine yourself as being in a big room full of boxes. You can use the boxes as cover and to move around these enemies. However, they can do the same to you.
For this encounter, technically no one has seen anyone yet. They know you must be in the back of the room and you know they must be at the front of the room. You can choose to try to escape without getting into a fight at all. If so, you will need to make stealth checks on your turns to see if you can get out. Or you can forgo stealth at any time and spot the enemy by doing so. Until someone from one side breaks stealth (either from being clumsy or by trying to jump out and attack) no one will see anyone else. I hope that explanation makes sense! If not let me know.
Right now its Leree's turn. You can choose how to move her and what she will do. So, to put it simply, will you try to stealth out or will you begin attacking?

(Leree's stats are written in the first post! You control Leree and the wolf, Dragon.)
Leree moves and looks around for signs of windows or other exit routes. She sees up ahead there is a tower of crates that go to the small windows that dot the walls in the warehouse. Otherwise it seems the only way in or out is through the front shutter. As she's stepping and pointing it out to Mik, who watches from behind, she nearly knocks over a comically large vase that begins to topple, topple... It stops toppling as she grabs it with both hands and has an expression that reads 'yikes' planted on her face.
Some moments of silence pass...

Retcon question for you, I am looking at the spells I would have prepared, snare is one that I think I would have ready going on a mission like this, and set it at the door on the way in to try and catch anyone coming in or chasing me out, are you cool with the idea that this trap is there? Dex save would be 12.
Second question Fog Cloud "centered on a point within range", would you allow me to pick part of Leree so then the fog cloud moves with us? If not I am prepairing a different spell.
Fog Cloud: Due to the wording differences between Fog Cloud and Darkness and Darkness being a spell cast at one level higher, I'm ruling you can't attach the fog cloud to a specific object like you can with Darkness. It will need to stick to the point in space rather than an object. That being said, Fog Cloud would cover maybe about half of this warehouse I'll say, so it would still be useful.

Mik, you and your squad manage to make it to the entrance and you are about to make it home free until Leree accidentally knocks something off of a crate and it makes a loud crashing sound. Even in the fog cloud this gives away your location immediately. To be fair to her, fog cloud obscures everyone's view!

I want to ask before we continue in combat, will you try to run away anyway and see if you can lose them? Or will you fight?
