Storm watches as their enemies flee, not sheathing his blade until they were all gone. He the strides over to his companions. "I could help with the questioning as well, although I cannot say that my line of questioning will be 'nice' in any capacity." He then looks down at himself, seeing the large amount of blood. "It also appears that better armor might be something I have to strive for as well."
Casey helps with arranging the bodies, looking curiously and laughs with Aino “I didn’t ‘ave ye pegged as the type fer this!” She shares what the leader had on him. “See here the note? This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
You all finish lineing up the bodies as the town's people starts to poke their heads out if the various buildings.
Binding your captive you make your way to your apartment. Sorath is waiting.
Ah good your alive, I hope your Chat was not too stressful.
He sees the Thug over Kileprat's? Shoulder and his eyes widen for a second.
Think it's my time to go. Your winnings are on the table as well as your brief for Tomorrow's fight against GC and her Boy Toys. The merchant will be around in the morning if you want to buy any goods. Good luck and please don't leave a mess for me to clean up.
With that Sorath leaves.
The is a small chest on the table with 672 gold each.
Interrogations of the prisoner, with advantage. She starts off with persuasion, then will move to intimidation if needed…

”look- we knows ye probably just tried to kill us fer the money, we’re lookin to know who wants us dead, exactly. And everythin about them ye know. If ye tell us we’ll make it worth yer while.” She smiles sweetly..
If that doesn’t work, 27 on intimidation— “keep talking, or we start takin fingers and toes.”
Storm leans in and a low rumble begins in his chest. "Do you hear that? That rumble deep in my chest? That is the flame of vengeance that resides within me. Are you prepared to burn for your crimes? Feel your skin crisp and slough off of your bones? Justice will be had. Its your decision if I deliver it to you or the one that sent you."
Casey helps with arranging the bodies, looking curiously and laughs with Aino “I didn’t ‘ave ye pegged as the type fer this!”
Aino's eyes brown eyes glint in the darkness. Her voice remains mild. "I'm not the type to appreciate unprovoked bullying. I don't think any of us are." Changing the subject, she muses, "I liked 'Copper Crew' but what about 'The Last Copper'? Because we will be the last ones standing."
OOC: I am going to be out all day today and won't have time to level Aino up or select items (probably just save her gold for the more expensive Arcane Grimoire +2 which I think we already rolled as being 2k gold). In general, Aino would be all for leaving the thug alive but slowly dismembering him - hands, feet, eyes, teeth, tongue. She's not a good girl. Loyal to her friends and family but that's about it. She would ask the thug sweetly at each stage how much use he thought his masters would have for a cripple out on the streets. A cripple that had failed at his job, no less.
Thug: #$#@#$%$#@@$%^^%##@@$^&&&. You people are $%#%^ crazy. Ok ok fine I'll talk.
The fact you don't know we are part of the Syndicate means your not from around here. We own this town and while that fool Garmuk and his lackeys at the arena might not fear us the rest of this town does.
We want you dead because our teams always win the competition. It's as close to being rigged as possible. We tried to kill you cause the LT said so. I'm guessing one of the caps or bosses told him to.
As for my bosses. Well there are worst things then death, I'm not telling you more then that.
With the 20 investigation yall question him more but don't get anymore useful information. All you get is your targeted cause your winning and that's bad for their plans. No names and No info on the bosses.
Yall can try to get more but it's a DC 30. He fears the consequences more then death or what yall might do.
Aino is all leveled up with spells chosen now. She listens closely to the bit about The Syndicate.
Not in earshot of the thug: "I think it's only a matter of time before Garmuk's crew come into direct conflict with The Syndicate. I'm kind of liking being on Garmuk's side on that one. Maybe we should let him know what they are saying about him. Of course, he probably already knows."
Aino casts Unseen Servant as a ritual and has it take a copper piece and heat it in the fire until red hot. She then has the Unseen Servant walk back to the thug who his tied up, pull down the back of his britches, and brand him with the red hot copper piece, heads and tails, one on each ass cheek.
"'The Last Copper'. Something to remember us by. It’ll be our little secret." She smiles sweetly at the thug before knocking him out with the pommel of her dagger. She unties his feet, but leaves his hands bound, and unless her companions have any objections or anything further for the wretch, drags him out to the street for the rest of his dirt nap before he runs back to The Syndicate to tell whatever tale he has about us.
Aino takes first watch. During this time, not that she thinks it will come up during this fight, but she casts the Water Breathing ritual on herself and the party (24 hour duration). She feeds Thumbtack some of her dinner (bit of the meat) for a job well done.
Storm had no objections to Aino's actions and seems to appreciate the copper justice administered.
Whenever the party goes to search out pricing for gear, Storm will adopt an odd look of both pride and embarrassment as he looks to the rest of his party, "I am not usually one to ask for such things, but in that last round my armor did ring true but also failed me at times. I wish to improve upon what I am wearing but it appears that I am short by 211 gold. Would anyone be able to lend me such an amount until I am able to repay it after this next round?"
Storm watches as their enemies flee, not sheathing his blade until they were all gone. He the strides over to his companions. "I could help with the questioning as well, although I cannot say that my line of questioning will be 'nice' in any capacity." He then looks down at himself, seeing the large amount of blood. (now level up and rest? :)).
“ahh, it’s a nice sight, crew!”
Casey wants to interrogate the prisoner after resting (and leveling)
Everyone please level up to 5. The brief for the next fight is as follows.
Opponents: GC, 3 x Body Guards
Arena: Standard with pillars
Conditions: Defeat GC

As Sorath leaves I'm guessing you Tie the Thug to a chair what do you want to do?
Tie him to a chair and gag him. Casey suggests we keep watches through the night.

"Yeah, she may not be the type. Hmm neither am I probably. "
Kileprat will walk over, look the thug directly in the eye while she slices off his left ear.
"Hmm. I guess I am the type. Wasn't sure."
Does that even take a roll.. im sure she could just do it.
Ya he is restrained that happens.

Any m thing else you want to ask this guy.
Rohar puts his ear in his pocket.
"Tell them if they want to best us, then beat us in the arena.". She smiles, "oh sorry, you can't hear me.." She says it louder.
"I say we throw him out to go tell his bosses that we aren't running scared."
OOC: Price check on plate armor and ring of protection +1?
Plate is the standard price of 1500 gp
The ring will cost 2 4500 gp

“the last copper “ is good. She’s happy to loan Storm the money if she has some to spare.
