She struggles within the web in frustration of being stuck and not being able to tell which of the dwarves is Hammerdasher. She points at the one holding the sword, "Something smells acrid and oily on his blade, not sure what, but it sure doesn't smell good. Don't let him get away!"
How far from the nearest edge of the web are H1 and H2? Jan can long jump a modest 7 feet to try to clear enough web to land between them, could she make it? If so, she'd want to tell H2 to back off and check on H1 to make sure they don't die while we sort out who is who. If it's a fake, we still want to ask it questions.

Ethel hisses sharply at Avaria’s news. Seeing the webbing has only caught her ally and the unconscious of two combatants, leaving the other free, she will drop concentration on the webbing at first chance. [DM - do we wait for Ethel’s turn, or can she drop it immediately and let Avaria loose?]

H1 is in the web. H2 is in the doorway of the room Hammerdasher had, just out of the webbing.
Avaria is also caught in the web.
The webbing fills the hallway, floor to ceiling, edging close to where Jan and Marrin are on one side and Ethel on the other.
Jan could make her way through the webbing to H1 but would need to make a DEX save. However, I believe web is a concentration spell, which does provide an option for making it all go away to allow Jan web-free movement.
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Jan will run to interpose herself between the two Hammerdasher's to prevent the conscious one from being able to attack the other, as she bends down to inspect the fallen one.
"Just settle while we sort this out."

Jan gets between the two H's and just manages to stabilize the wounded one. Jan notices evidence of the acrid oil around the wound on H1.
Hammerdasher 2 looks at the collection of people in the hallway now, and the sounds of more coming down the stairs. H2 quickly disengages and bolts into the Hammerdasher room. Those in the hallway can hear a crash that sounds like the breaking of glass.
"Were you hit on the head, lass? That makes not sense. Of course I'm me." H1 says. "I was dozing more than sleeping. These beds might not be for me. When I heard a floorboard creak. I opened my eyes and I was looking into a mirror."
Marrin looks out of the window in time to see a figure disappear around the side of the stables. H1's room looked out over the back courtyard of the inn.

"Well, the Hammerdasher I know probably wouldn't be much for diving through the window of an inn, so that's a point in favor of you being the real deal. I'm going to go a way for a bit, I'm fine, just trying to track the other one."
Jan's eyes roll back in her head as her perspective shifts to one moving through the room, out the window and after the figure darting around the stables.

Jan's vision changes and rather than shades of black, gray and white you'd expect at night, her sight is tinged with earth tones, dark and light browns, with bright tan replacing the white of the moon.
As her sight goes around the stable, she sees a street leading into town; two people walk along the street, heading towards town. No one is running and no one looks like Hammerdasher.
-------------------------------------
Ula gives Hammerdasher (1) a hand up and looks at the mostly healed wound. She does touch a trace of the substance Avaria noted before and smells it.
"I think if you weren't a dwarf that you'd be dead," Ula says. "I think this is poison."
Jan will circle higher, looking for anyone alone that seems suspicious, whether they look like Hammerdasher or not, after all, she could have turned into a third dwarf and really confused things, so stands to reason if someone else is able to take his face, they'd be able to switch too.

Didn't refresh before posting - I go with concentration being able to be dropped at any time, not just on caster's turn.
With Ethel dropping concentration, Jan's free to move without worrying about the web. Avaria is also now free.
Jan's turn still.

Marrin's up.
Marrin calls over to the downed Hammerdasher in dwarven,
"Up!"
Healing word: 6

(H2 disengaged first)
Hammerdasher(H1)'s eyes blink open. "By Clangeddin's hairy arse, what the hell was that?" he says as he sits up.
Marrin runs into the room and sees an open window. A lantern lays shattered on the floor near the table near the open window.
Marrin has about 20' of movement and an action left if they want to use one.
((Yep, totally missed that in my haste to post.))

Hammerdasher (H1) stares at Jan for a moment.
Essentially out of initiative for the moment.
