"Does anyone else think it strange that Greg didn't just blast us when he had the chance? I mean, Evards Tentacles isn't a high damage spell. Is he capable of death spells & the like? And what happened to Gobbo? Was it his orb that Greg was holding? And if so, was Greg disguised as Gobbo all along? Just seems suspicious to me."
"It does seem kind of strange that Greg not only let me jump through the portal, but kind beckoned me to it after I cooked so many of his minions. But I was too busy barbequing goblins to notice the color of the orbs."

"I'm certain none of the balls we just saw were blue. So if the master ball is blue, we didn't get a. Professors, s there a way to tell if the ball we grabbed is booby trapped? Seems like that would explain why he shooed us out. Figuring we'd blow up back here."
"Oh, dear!" Professor Potter exclaims, holding a hand to his mouth.
"We could investigate, but that would mean taking it out of the metal case which could trigger whatever spell the Dark Lord has put upon it," Professor Elderberry remarks looking wide-eyed at the case.
"Does anyone have Dispel Magic or Remove Curse? We could take it out of the building and try one of those to keep it keep from triggering whatever might happen. Or an identify to find out if it has it."
"I could try a Dispel magic spell," Professor Potter says and begins casting.
Professor Eldeberry quickly stops the spell. "No!" he says to Professor Potter. "That could be exactly what the Dark Lord wants. You could trigger the orb. Let us take this outside, while we decide how to deal with it." Professor Elderberry attempts to pick up the metal case. After a couple of failed attempts, he says, "Umm, could one of you help me out here?"
Anyone attempting to lift the case, roll a strength check.

The lightning destroyed the orb. Taxidea leaps through the portal just as it begins to close.
You all find yourselves back in the room with the professors and sergeant.
"Did you get it?" Professor Potter asks eagerly.
"Yes," Professor Elderberry says. "You weren't gone very long. Were you able to retrieve the Master Orb?"
Orion, still holding the orb, holds our his hand to the professor.
Professor Elderberry takes the orb from Orion and gently puts it into a metal box.
"Well done," the sergeant says with a smile. "With this we will be able to take the battle to the goblinoids!"

Orion stands silently, trying without success to figure it out.
"We will know more," Professor Elderberry explains, "once we have studied the orb."
Professor Potter takes a peek at the orb in the metal case. "That's odd," he comments.
"What?" Elderberry asks, sounding a bit perturbed.
"Didn't Gobbo tell us the Master Orb was blue?" Potter asks. "This one seems more reddish or pink to me."
(Does Prim remember the ball she busted as being blue?)
(I don't know. Was it blue? Or was the blue magic from the portal reflecting off of it? Prim cannot be sure.)
Orion says, "The one I saw in the chest was pink."

( Prim was trying to remember the color of the orb Greg was holding & dropped before she blasted it with a lightning bolt. Before the portal opened.)
(The one Greg was holding and dropped was a yellowish pink.)
