(narrator:) After the threat of bandits and thugs have passed, The party walked through the log bridge and headed straight south. The thick cover of trees and foggy mist still covers the ground albeit it have been thinning for the past 10 minutes. In mere moments, they came upon an ancient ruins of what appears to be a town. moss covers the stones that once used to be walls of houses. the flagstones of a once magnificent hall is littered with brick from the surrounding structures. Finally they happen upon a place for ritualistic burial. they found it disquieting that there are holes on the ground.
The party took a short break of 5 minutes to adjust their gear and fix their packs.
(Cocozan:) "I did not expect bandits so far into the forest."Cocozan mused.
"They could be old adventurers... or maybe the old farmers from the farm houses in the outskirts."
Cocozan have been fixing his shield strap as he hoist his pack to his back. He closed his eyes and casted "druidcraft" and a small floating cloud came about inches from his finger showing the weather for the next 24 hours.
"I just hope it is not an indicator of things to come for ones such as us"

(Narrator:) The rain makes this ancient town feel more dilapidated. It makes the leaves of creeping vines around the walls perk up making the walls themselves almost disappear. It also masked the dragging and shuffling sound coming from within the tunnels. As the party muses near the holes, Yanyi gets grabbed by the arm and gets pulled into one.
The cave walls are somewhat dry but the ground is wet and a little flooded at areas due to the rain. The enemies seems to be dragging itself through the ground and wrapped in what seems to be bandages. The party gets separated due to the countless holes aboveground.
(Cocozan:) "I WAS RIGHT ON THE LAST COUNT! OLD GOBLIN TUNNELS!"
Actually, I will take this back. You can. Its dark but if you have a torch, you can see into the cave 60ft away where a mummy is. It hobbles towards you 20ft per round. You can see bulging muscles so you know it will hit hard.

Muriel successfully sneaked past the mummy. The mummy is just standing around moaning to itself. There is standing water below the mummy and the walls and ceiling of the cave looks pretty weakened.
Mummy 4 is unaware of any attacks as all engagements are too far for him to see or hear. undead mostly reacts to sounds and sight.
(Mummy 1 DC check 8. Mummy 1 takes 15 damage. from Tommy and Jerry combined attack.)
Cocozan was a bit surprised to see Jerry run the mummy down, he took the chance to run 30 ft to the entrance and casted spike growth from 15 ft away from Mummy 1 and as an interaction grabbed the rope. (Mummy 1 is standing on spike growth)
(Mummy 3 is still unaware of Muriel. Mummy 2 is unaware of combat.)

Narrator: The mummy engaging Cocozan was knocked prone by Jerry and was mauled. Cocozan took the chance to escape. He closed his eyes and focused on spikes on the floor. when he opens his eyes, vines and spikes took root and grew at an alarming pace. Mummy 1 stood up and tried to attack Jerry.
