A crossbow bolt comes whizzing out of a bush, and flies towards brix, only to miss him entirely. (I'm assuming Brix is with Norr right now) This bolt comes from behind you. Brix and Norr see the cloaked and masked figure that shot the arrow, but everybody else cannot see him as their view is obstructed by trees. 3 more bolts target Casrian, from all sides. One bolt thunks into a tree behind him, another is shot into a bush, but after that, a bolt hits him, right in the left shoulder, dealing 12 piercing. Casrian is down, already. (crit) Finally, two bolts target Norr, one from the same general area as the bolt that was shot at brix and one to side. Norr narrowly manages to deflect the first bolt to the hard part on his leather, negating the blow, and the second one misses him entirely.
After shooting their crossbows, all of the opposing forces attempted to retreat (15 ft due to difficult terrain). They were originally 75 feet away from you guys. Each of them, and they've fanned out in 6 different directions.
Norr heads 10 feet towards them through the difficult scrub. Whomever is closest to him he takes aim at. They’re on the run, but it would be worth capturing one villain.
As he runs past Casrian and sees him on the floor, he calls out to the rest of them. “Casrian is injured. Help him.”
Norr taps his ring against his bow and the chime rings out. “Dash the dexterity from his digits.” The Hex takes effect.
He sings, and the bow takes its full shape in silver, as he stops. He fires once, and in case they turn and fire back in volley, he steps behind the nearest tree or boulder or cover within five feet.
Dolmek was focused on the unusual stonework Leo discovered when he heard the bolts fired as he turns he hears the bolt hit Casrian the shout from Norr as he only a couple steps away sees the body hit the forest floor, “Noooo!!! Not today not ever!” He kneels beside his friend and calls to the stone as his body is charged with strength he resets Casrian’s shoulder and grants 3hp with lay on hands.
Casrian gasps as he regains consciousness and grips Dolmek's arm. He blinks at the dwarf, at the bloody hole in his own shoulder, and tries to rise. "Thanks" he chokes out as he draw his shortbow.
Casrian will prop himself up against the wall and attempt to get a sense of where the attackers are. If he can see them with his passive, he will call out their locations. Otherwise he will use his action for a perception check: 24
If he can use his action for an attack, he will shakily draw his bow and fire at the one who shot him. SHORTBOW ATTACK: 12
I take it this ambush was a little more deadly than the last one, huh?

Yes he is.
17
((Is that because of his high passive perception?))
Casrian is dying, but he's not surprised at all. *bleeds perceptively*
Leo sees this... and...
"AH BLOODY HELL!"
Another arrow whizzes out at Brix again, coming from the person who tried to shoot him the first time, but it narrowly glances off of his scale mail.

(Eldritch Blast to hit: 20)
(Eldritch Blast Damage: 10 (8 Force, 2 Thunder))
(Hex: 3 necrotic)
(Norr is trying to knockout not kill)
(The trip included a long rest, right? I've been trying to find it but can't seem to.)

move, action, done.
The one Norr fires at crumples over, the wind knocked out of him.
Casrian, you can describe your returning to conciousness. After that, I'll describe what happens with the masked ones.
