Im not going to be CRAZY about combat, since we dont have a great way to manipulate things and this is PBP.
Consider the grids of any map I present as being A-Z along the bottom and 1-30 from bottom to top.
In the current map for example Kiana is at J11. Brade is at E2.
We'll count every OTHER diagonal step as 10'.
If Kiana wanted to move toward Kimo on the diagonal she'd start in J11, she could only make it to F7 with her normal move.
Best I read Kimo, Kiana, and Kasimyr each have one of their torches lit. Torches last for one hour. I took the liberty of removing them from your respective inventories if you had not already done so. Not that Im sure you wont be out of here long before you run out.
I think to get the Imgur images to work right, you have to open the actual image itself in a new tab and then use that as the source.
Also, what supplies would Kiana have left on the wagon?

Look at what you've done. You spoiled it. You have nobody to blame but yourself. Go sit and think about your actions.
Don't be mean. Rudeness is a vicious cycle, and it has to stop somewhere. Exceptions for things that are funny. Go to the current Competition of the Finest 'Brews! It's a cool place where cool people make cool things.

What's with Kasimyr and the flute? Didn't he see Colm cast thunderwave the second time?

Not sure about the question on the flute. This is one of the issues with PbP where something posts get lost, comments and actions get out of sync, etc.
And of course its made more difficult because thigns arent always happening at the same time or the same speed - ala Ali's current efforts to ritual cast a spell.
Im going to use this post to ask you all for feedback on my pacing in the storyline and my interacting with your activities. Not knowing when / if someone is going to post on a given day I've chosen to answer and move the thread along where it makes sense to do so. Is that working out ok for you all?
So far so good, I am fully ready to have Ali interrupted, she's just not as courageous about the dark so she's trying to get in a little self care after the long day

Anybody got any ideas for getting through the door?
We've tried brute force, and it seemed like it wouldn't work, but the thing about brute force is that you can always try more of it. It seems doubtful that we'd have better odds getting through the door than the lock.
Now that Ali has casted speak with animals, maybe the horses could be convinced to try to trample the door open? I'm not sure if that would work any better than the crowbar, though.
I don't have any useful spells, and I know that Colm is out of spell slots. I've tried not to look at the sheets for the other casters, so if anybody has any spells that could help somehow (even though knock isn't available yet), that would be great.
It should be noted that crowbars technically give you advantage to Strength checks in situations where they can be applied, and neither of the people who used the crowbar rolled with advantage (see here). Pending DM approval, of course, we might get a couple of extra chances at forcing the lock. I'm not sure how much good that could do us, but it can't hurt.

I had the feeling that the crowbar wouldn’t work, the way the response was worded.
Scratch marks made me suspect the lock had been picked. Or that was attempted, perhaps by graverobbers that had been here before. I don’t know if anyone has that skill.
Seems that up the hill, down the hole may get somewhere, but probably treacherous to go back up the hill in this weather. May need to rest for the night and try in the morning, though at that point people may wonder why they care to get beyond the door instead of proceeding on their original paths, and the party would dissolve.
Maybe someone can realize something more about the markings on the tombs?
Brade has a vague mission to fight evil in the region but he’s not sure there’s anything overtly evil seen here other than graverobbing. Though that could certainly change before the night is over!
I'll leave you all to contemplate the previous post.
Moving forward on things like we just saw (or didnt see) in the campaign thread just now, I'll assume passive perception rules apply.
I considered saying "unless you PMd me specifically about a thing" but 1) how long would I wait before moving along with the story and 2) you kind of get a hint here because something has happened, so why wouldnt you just spam the poor old DM anytime someone does something shady.
So we'll go with passive perception.
That definitely doesnt apply to anything I post about a situation or an NPC. If you want to make a perception role for that, send it to me privately along with an explanation of why (if appropriate) Then I can gage whether your PC has advantage without setting off a cascade of other people to ask for a role too.
Ali could come shape water and try to force the lock open by freezing it
I think now would be a good time to try and pull this off. We're starting to run out of ideas.

What's it made of? Which side are the hinges? How is it connected to the stone room? Size?
The doors are just like the ones on the outside - made of heavy stone and roughly 3' wide by 9' tall each (so 6' wide in total). The handles are just inset sections of stones for a hand hold. There are no visible hinges. The locking mechanism is made of metal and inset into the door. It looks like it takes a key and while that key is proportional to the door, the keyhole is not so big that one could cram a dagger in it and do any good.

Surely.
Brade lit a torch. He would love to hand it off though so that he can utilize his shield.

I don’t know how to upload an image here but I have one on Pinterest: https://pin.it/6n1WzNl
If I haven’t offended you, don’t worry. I’m sure I’ll get to you eventually.

I am happy! Thank you for arranging a PBP adventure, I know it’s a lot of work!

Same goes for secret doors and the like.
Can I get a re-cap on the door?
